Excellent Service
Excellent customer service enabled by the ability to call directly. Speak to someone regarding any questions. Service is prompt and almost always accurate. I wish they had a rewards program for people who make a lot of purchases. Other than that, it’s the best place I know to shop for vapes online.

Your company is really helpful and have a large variety of vapes also when your company may not have had a chance to say a certain product is sold out I always get a phone call offering advice on similar products which is very much appreciated I always leave a tip just wish the shipping was a little bit faster I never noticed if I had an option to get overnight or 3-day shipping I'll pay more attention next time tho anyway thank you again see you next time

Not a real site whatsoever
Not a real site whatsoever. Very much a scam. I waited two weeks for my order then contacted the customer service email just to receive a response that was written in broken English claiming to issue a refund. I have not received a refund. Dead give away that this is not a real company.

My order was received in a timely manner, packaged well, and I’m thoroughly satisfied. The Oxbar disposable pods work really great and especially like being able to control the nicotine and ice.
