Best and hassle free experience

Good option for anyone moving to a new city for work. The booking process is fast, simple and less stressful.

Rent payment and service request through app are very simple. It makes the overall experience much smoother.

The caretaker is very helpful and responds quickly whenever their is an any issue. Small problem usually get resolved with in the hrs. Zolo is good option for how is looking for hazel free accommodation and moving first time in new city.

I have been staying with Zolo for some…

I have been staying with Zolo for some time now and it has consistently been a great place to stay especially for backpackers and solo travellers
The stadd is extremely helpful
The standard if hygiene and comfort are excellent
The property offers a comfortable stay with a great ambience, good food and beautiful scenic surroundings.
Overall it has been a delightful and refreshing experience
I truly appreciate the quality of service provided.

They are real thieves l leased my property to Zolo stays they used it don’t pay the rent water bill last five years and damages and ran away Poor maintenance if any owner want I will show them the property pics I am send them notice and email but from there side no response even notice was received by Sneha Chowdhary and nikal shikari

Try to earn money Don't Theft others.
This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Zolo is charging extremely high maintenance fees along with multiple hidden charges that were never properly disclosed. This feels completely unethical and misleading.
The biggest issue is the dishonesty and lack of coordination. The customer care team says one thing, while the Property Manager, Mr. Gawtham, says something entirely different. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no clear communication.
Instead of providing fair service, it feels like residents are being exploited through confusing policies and hidden costs. This kind of behavior destroys trust and reflects very poorly on the entire management
I strongly warn others to be cautious and demand complete clarity on all charges before committing.

Zolo is dacoits

Zolo is dacoits, in one word. 3 sharing room rent is around 6000 rs excluding water and electricity charge. Moreover, per month electricity charge is 1000 rs per head, moreover there is a security deposit amount of 5950, within which they deduct approx 2950 rs as exit charge, and they will return you only the rest amount, i.e . (5950-2950). Moreover, for agreement, they will take 750 when you come to zolo.

Pathetic services

Pathetic services, you hear from the staff only when it's time to pay the rent. They use cheap electrical fittings and if they stop working they take days together to repair it. They have no spare parts inventory, so everytime something stops working, they will order and then replace which easily takes a week.3 times in 15 days, my geyser has gone bad and they took more time to repair my geyser than the time it was actually working. Irony. Such a big brand but such poor services. They also made food compulsory which we didnot want to sign up for. They also started charging for water which was initially included in the rent. Whole in whole, it's just a brand and nothing special about this property. You can save alot of money by opting for local pg instead of zolo. I have stayed here for 2 years and trust me my experience has been worst. I will never ppt for another zolo property and never recommend it to any of my friends/colleagues.

Zolo app is money looter

Zolo app is money looter. Token advance ₹1000 just for booking room. ₹600 for document agreement. ₹10k for deposit. Exit charges ₹2k if someone just leaves within 365 days of joining. Also if you have booked for many months and leave before that you will be charged one month fee and literally you loss advance amount. Zolo is a scammer. I felt zolo being app it will be genuine but an absolute scam money looter.

Uninformed Penalty, Harassment & Fire Safety Negligence at Platinum City

I am writing to raise a serious formal complaint regarding the repeated harassment, unauthorized charges, and complete negligence in handling fire safety at Platinum City.

Uninformed Penalty of INR 590:
An amount of INR 590 was levied on me as a “penalty” without any prior notice, warning, or opportunity to rectify the situation. This is completely unacceptable. If I had been informed, I would have removed the clothes immediately. Charging tenants without any communication is nothing short of harassment.

Life-Threatening Fire Incidents:

In Flat 207, a fire broke out due to short circuit, forcing us to shift to Flat 206 on short notice.

In Flat 206, another short circuit occurred, burning the induction, which had to be replaced from another apartment.

During the fire in 207, there were no fire extinguishers, alarms, or emergency assistance available. Water was leaking from the fridge because it defrosted near and it was a near-death situation. The HK team even suggested that we continue to sleep in that hazardous condition.

Despite experiencing two life-threatening incidents in a single month, no official resolution, investigation, or safety assurance has been provided by Zolo.

Electricity Overcharging & Harassment by Manager (Hritik Maurya):
Last week, we were wrongly charged ~INR 1,950 around per person for electricity. Only after raising a ticket, the charges were corrected to INR 889. This clearly shows intentional overcharging.

When I raised concerns about repeated mismanagement, Manager Mr. Hritik Maurya screamed at me instead of providing clarification, stating he is “not responsible” for fire or short circuits. This behavior is highly unprofessional.

It is evident that after this argument, he was looking for an opportunity to retaliate, which is why this baseless penalty has now been added.

Pattern of Negligence & Harassment:
This is not the first time issues have been mishandled. However, under previous management (Mr. Ajay), issues were at least addressed with accountability. Under Mr. Hritik Maurya’s management, the approach has been of intimidation, overcharging, and deliberate harassment and I had raised tickets regarding his behaviour since day 1 of his interaction with us, to which he told he receives all the tickets and he will close it and there's no point of me raising any tickets because the management doesn't take actions.

My Demands:
Immediate reversal of the INR 590 penalty.

An official explanation for repeated overcharging and incorrect bills.

Accountability for the two fire incidents and clarification on why no fire safety equipment or protocols are in place.

Presence of Mr. Hritik Maurya, Mr. Shashank (Cluster Manager), and the caretaker in a one-on-one discussion to resolve these issues and discuss compensation for the risks and harassment caused because I'll call the Ladies Helpline against all the mental, physical and life-threatening incidents that have happened with me and my roommates in the past few days if I do not receive a resolution by tomorrow.

Notice of Further Action:
If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution and written response by tomorrow EOD, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to:

The Fire Safety Department of Bangalore (for negligence of mandatory fire equipment).

Bangalore City Police (for harassment, fraud, and intentional overcharging).

I also have screenshots as proof where the electricity bill was shown as INR 1900+ and later changed to INR 889 after dispute, clearly showing manipulation and I have videos of the fans burning and the CCTV footages of that day reveal how we were running in the corridors for help and nobody from Zolo showed up until we started screaming and banging on their door. The Caretaker was drunk and not in a position to help, me, Alina, Suneha and other HK people present on the spot along with Platinum City security are proof.

I urge Zolo to treat this with the seriousness it deserves before this is escalated legally.

Worst PG maintained by irresponsible…

Worst PG maintained by irresponsible and inexperienced people.Lift goes down for days ata stresh, water purifier doesn't work,parking is inadequate, rooms are similar to Ramsay movie settings,people dont answer your phones when things go down, feedback on their website reads -access denied.pretty sure a sulabh complex mananer could run place better

Deposit kha jate hain, refund nahi krte

Sab Paisa kha jate hain ye...no dep refund...Initially told them about the number of days I will stay. Put notice on zolo app also. Now not refunding deposit saying have you received mail for your notice registration. What the hell? We registered from app, paid on app,gave notice on app 30 days before vacating room, now asking if I received mail of notice registration?

With Zolo I have faced numerous bad experiences with staff and their application where we have to raise a complaint and it will get sort after 20-25 days…..They are overcharging for everything, the customer care is useless I don’t know why they are having the team.

Big Scam

Quality is not as good shown in pictures.
Also zolo stays application keeps on charging you randome charges, like they would double or triple electricity per unit price. Initially they would offer promotional discount but once you have booked and paid rent they would deny. They would keep on charging random charges on thei application which you could be unaware if you are not checking their application and would deduce that amount from your security deposit. So, you are in no position to deny the payment or ask for clarity and put your point. Anyway they would charge you.

Its not specific to single property but most of them.

Their grievance system is total fraud. You raise a concern, they would close it within 24 hours as resolved without resolving it or even any kind of discussion with you.

I had booked a zolo cortina they quickly help to book it. But once when I wanted to have the dates changed the person who booked said he will check and get back with an update. But then he was not replying to my messages after that. The least he could do was to share the support team email id. He didn' care to do that. Unfortunately my gmail had crashed and I had told them this. Once I got to retrieve back my mail i composed it from the mail I got. And then they did not even agree to understand our side. We were in a little sensitive situation which they did not try to unerstand too. When the support team called, they asked I should have known the email id since I've done it before. if we have to remember their support mail id, then why do they even have a representative?
