It's a scam. The quality of their service and merchandise is terrible.

They send you damaged furniture and make up excuses so they can't accept your complaint. I bought through the Croatian branch.

Nu cumpărați de pe acest site. Mobila de foarte proasta calitate , livrata cu defecte , împachetare de proasta calitate , comunicare cu serviciul de reclamații foarte proasta . Cred ca pe Temu exista mobila mai de calitate ca ce vând ei aici .

Am comandat un dressing cu oglinda . Dupa aproape doua luni a ajuns cu oglinda sparta . Am făcut reclamatie si mi s-a raspuns dupa 4 zile ca trebuie sa mai aștept intre 15-30 de zile pentru înlocuirea usii. Comoda cu sertare a ajuns cu o parte laterala crapata si a fost impachetata sub orice critica in interior , plin de bucati de polistiren rupt parca au pus toate resturile in cutie .

Evitati pe cat posibil.

Comanda pregatita de livrare dupa 5 saptamani.Produs voluminos si peste 30 kg trimis cu luvrare standard,fara sa am optiunea,contracost desigur,a unor servicii de manipulare si montaj.Mi se spune telefonic ca am optiunea de a ma intelege telefonic cu curierul asupra datei de livrare. FALS.Sunt convinsa că din motive de pret au ales curieratul prin Cargus,care mi-a trimis un mesaj generat de robot in dimineata livrarii.CARGUS nu poate fi contactată telefonic si nici nu indica nr de telefon al curierilor pe traseu.Curierul care ma va contacta imi spune ca poate doar coborî obiectul din masina si sa mi caut oameni.ACUM,ca ajunge in 3-5 min.😲Eventual, nu stie sigur daca poate reveni spre sfârșitul programului.Ce -i asta? Pe tot lantul asta,eu,CLIENTUL am vreun drept, vreo optiune sau doar obligatia de a plăti (daca se poate cat mai mult, pt servicii proaste).

I ordered a closet from their website on Aug 27th 2024, and paid in advance. It had it's delivery listed as "in 3-4 weeks". I checked the website the next day, and the status of the order was updated to "in production".

After almost 4 weeks had passed, I decided to email asking about the order as the status was still the same. I received a reply the next day stating that the delivery time of the closet was not yet overdue, as the production itself was set to last up to 4 weeks. This was untrue! The delivery should have been made in 3-4 weeks, the production time was not listed anywhere.

I decided not to get annoyed just yet and simply let me them be, I just wanted my furniture.

After 5 weeks from the day the order was placed I emailed again as I could not see an update. I expressed my frustration and brought into discussion the lie I was previously told about the production/delivery. I received a dry reply stating that the delivery time was now indeed overdue and that they would get in touch with someone from Poland about this and get back to me.

After another few days I received a call, stating that the closet has not yet been manufactured. And that it was set to enter production in about two weeks time (they believed). With a new delivery date "sometime in 4 weeks" from that date (Oct 8th). This was inadmissible!

I cancelled the order, and asked for my money back. I offered my bank details. And was told that the accounting department would handle it.

Here we are on Oct 13th, and I still haven't received my money back.

Today I emailed and called again. I was told that they had 14 days to pay me back. I asked it 14 were calendar days or business days. They didn't know...But they would send a reminder to speed things along.

I order online a lot, and every time I had an issue with an order, I received my money back in 5 days at the latest!

Update: Today, Oct 21st 2024, 14 days (14 calendar days which is the legal time an online shop has to return money for a product in Romania) have passed since I backed out of the contract and I provided my banking info. I was informed that the money should arrive today, but no official email proving that the transaction was initiated by them was sent my way. I seriously doubt I'll get my money back without involving the authorities...

I just want for this to be over! I'm sick and tired of this scam masquerading as an online shop!

Update: Oct 23rd still no money back. They keep comming up with excuses not to provide me with a proof that a transaction has been initiated to refund my order! (16days since I provided the banking details.)

Beware! Look elsewhere for furniture!

Nu recomand!Comanda vine foarte greu, a durat 30 zile pana s-a facut livrarea.Biroul a venit cu 3 piese deterioarate.Te pun sa completezi un formular de reclamatii cu niste informatii din colet, apoi daca vrei cumva sa returnezi iti solicita 30% din valoare pe motiv ca ai desfacut coletul!Pai cum altfel sa verifici daca e defect birou , fara sa deschizi coletul?!Pe site-ul oficial cand am vrut sa dau recenzie care nu era pe gustul lor,m-au blocat.Lasa doar recenziile pozitive ca sa luam cati mai multi teapa.Fugiti de ei , cat vedeti cu ochii!

Am cumparat o canapea de la zondo, canapeaua nu arata ca in poze, e mult mai slaba calitativ. Materiale super proaste, spatiu imens in spatele spatarului, sezutul este mult mai subtire, un strat de vreo 7cm de burete tare pe un placaj de care te poti lovi... pe scurt, penibil.
Conditiile de retur sunt facute in asa fel incat sa nu poti practic returna canapeaua. Ambalaj original, predare in Arad (noi suntem in Bucuresti) etc.

Groaznic, cea mai urata experienta pe care am avut-o pana acum. Pe lângă faptul ca aștepți extrem de mult pentru o comanda, din momentul care ar trebui livrata, se fac ca ploua, nu te pot ajuta absolut nici o informație în plus! Dau vina pe firma de curierat, apoi, firma de curierat cu care colaborează nici măcar nu răspund la telefon. Nu merita nici măcar o stea!!

They are a bad company because your order doesn’t have a delivery day and it tooked 45 days to be delivered. Unbelievable!!!!! I regret I ordered and You even have to pay in advance that’s very frustrating.
