Got the 2.5 inch one for camping. It folds up small, easy to pack. Also fine if someone needs a floor bed. I just throw it in the closet when not using it.
I’m not impressed. I bought the 6 inch full size mattress and it’s been about a month - the smell of the mattress still hasn’t changed. It’s so intense, I’m not able to sleep on the mattress. It gives me a headache and makes it hard to breathe. It sucks! I’d return the thing, but Zonli doesn’t provide full refund or help with shipping. I don’t recommend this product. Not at all!
Mom of two here, and this Zonli weighted blanket is pure magic. It has the perfect weight that feels like a warm hug. The kids and I love snuggling under it on the couch for story time, and it calms their high energy down almost instantly. Watching them drift off to sleep wrapped up together under this blanket—honestly, that peaceful view undoes all the exhaustion from my day. Best blanket I've ever owned, amazing quality and comfort.
I purchased a 2.5” shikifuton from Zonli and had a frustrating experience with their return process.
The product itself is very thin and not suitable for daily use on a slatted bed (you can feel the slats through it), which I later learned is acknowledged by the company when compared to their thicker options.
The main issue is the return policy versus what is communicated after purchase. The website suggests a standard return process, but after contacting customer service, I was told to repackage the fully expanded mattress myself and drop it off at FedEx, with a 20% fee applied. There was no clear confirmation of a prepaid return label in the initial response.
Repackaging a vacuum-compressed mattress once opened is extremely difficult, and shipping costs for large items like this can be significant—potentially making the return impractical.
Instead, I was offered a partial refund (40%) to keep the product, which feels like a workaround to avoid the return process rather than a transparent solution.
I recommend that Zonli clearly disclose:
* Whether return shipping is covered or not
* The true difficulty of repackaging expanded mattresses
* That thinner models may not be suitable for everyday sleep on standard bed frames
Transparency upfront would help customers make more informed decisions
I ordered a battery operated heat blanket from Zonli. It was defective.Ineeded it for my dialysis appointments. I received it March 30th . I contacted Zonli April 3rd to see how to return it and get a refund. I never heard from them. NowcIm stuck with a heat blanket that doesnt work and out of 40 dollars. I ordered through Walmart app and they said it was from a third party and could not refund me.
I’m sure this company is a scam. The 4” classic floor mattress I recently received is a completely different color than advertised on the website, and the quality of the mattress is so blatantly misrepresented by their photos. This is supposed to be their “burro” color, and the internal is a thin flimsy piece of egg foam.
I’m trying to return both the mattress and tatami mat that I ordered, and customer service has been a nightmare. Refusing to provide return labels, and insisting (“kindly requesting”) that I give it more time. Plus, they charge a 20% restocking fee if you’ve opened the mattress. I’m so disappointed I didn’t do more research on this company before I ordered. Big regret.
Purchased a heated weighted blanket. 1 week after receiving, the ties connecting the blanket to the cover are rotted and broken.
Also purchased a heated dog bed, the heated portion is only in the center third of the bed, the rest is thin and not heated.
I bought an electric blanket and Need to return it. I have sent emails, text and chat with nobody...... was 10th in the queue all day long

They are scammers, they made me work in their affiliate program and they have never paid me, nor do they answer my messages.
Low quality product and terrible customer service based in Hong Kong. The company gave me a return label and stopped replying after I sent back the product. I followed up multiple times over the next month without any response. I had to open a claim with my credit card.
The reviews are bogus. Nobody replies to the emails and there is no phone number. Once you purchase some thing and you want to return it, you are stuck because there’s no way to post an actual review and there’s no way to get in touch with an actual person. Prepared to lose your money. The mattress was thin memory foam. Not the Japanese floor mattress it claims to be.
