We've used ZoomShift for the past several years and it's made scheduling so much easier! The interface is simple and all of my employees are able to enter their availability and time off directly.

I love how easy it is to create shifts on zoomshift, and to see how much we are spending daily on labor, and to check the schedule against the payroll clock-ins. Zoomshift is the best.
We depend on ZoomShift to publish schedules and organize payroll. It works great!
The program is easy to use and helpful. The customer service is quick and helpful. However, we did have some recurring technical issues that were frustrating.

We have used ZoomShift for years (like maybe since 2018?) to schedule our lifeguards for our pool. In the past, we made a manual schedule which was time-consuming and challenging to share updates with the staff. ZoomShift appeals to our employee demographic with scheduling, shift changes and more right on their smartphones. The support team has been amazing, quickly responsive and helpful. We will be customers for forever!
ZoomShift is excellent for scheduling and tracking hours for staff. It's easy to set up, learn, and use. The sorting and filtering options are almost limitless.
Zoom Shift Tech Support was outstanding specifically a staff member named: Sayury Obando. One of our employees logged in to the app incorrectly and Sayury corrected the issue and got us squared away. I was becoming frustrated and Sayury wrote a nice message and kept me in check.
Setting up Zoomshift for my organization was seamless, and the support team was helpful at every stage. Onboarding staff to the platform was straightforward, and the app itself is very intuitive and easy to navigate.
One feature I’d love to see added is the option for staff to apply for certain shifts when multiple people are available, giving supervisors the flexibility to choose from a pool. That’s the only functionality I feel is missing.
Overall, zoomshift has been a huge time-saver for scheduling, helps us stay on top of timesheets, and ensures employees are paid accurately.
We are a non-profit music venue at a college that has a team of 40+ students who help us put on our events. We have about 90+ events during the academic year with a break in the summer. ZoomShift is great with helping us organize the event details, date, time, and position (i.e. usher/stage crew etc.). No one has had any major issues with ZoomShift and they all find it easy to use. The ability to ask for shift coverage is helpful since college students have hectic schedules at times. Because students come and go/graduate, it is easy to add and remove members. When we have a 2-3 month break in the summer, I can archive them to save money while the venue is inactive. Reactivating any that are returning to work is easy to do! The starter plan is a great price range for us. I recently asked for help with updating payment and customer service responded in 30 minutes. Sayury was quick and friendly.
ZoomShift has other features we don't use or need such as time sheets or payroll which feels like a waste. I think it would be great if I had the ability to automatically approve shift coverage requests until it is within a 48hour window. Instead, I now have to approve all shift coverage requests just so I can catch any that are last minute call-outs. I also find it a little inconvenient that I need to manually update the subscription if I remove/archive employees. If I forget, I get charged the wrong amount. Lastly, a feedback I heard some students say they wished they could stay logged in longer. Because we use ZoomShift for shifts only, we don't foresee us upgrading to premium at all.
Zoomshift allows me to sort my teams work schedule in a clean, efficient and user friendly manner. Our organization has 50-25 employees at a time depending on the time of year, so it is a lot to look it. Zoomshift allows you to categorize scheduling and reminds staff of their schedules both when they are put on and 30 minutes before their shift so that there are no excuses! Love it!
