OK so I’ve been giving this company great reviews because I bought an eight dollar package and I ended up cashing out $4000 however I get on there today and they did give me my other money which was two grand but under their section 411 in their rules it says they have the right to close my account at their own discretion. They don’t have to have a reason but they’re only reason for that would be it because I’m winning too much because I haven’t broken any rules so if I could give this company a -5 I would this is a horrible company although I do thank them for the four grand but if they would’ve just let me keep playing who knows they may have gotten it back so what I’m saying is I got an email today stating they were closing my account

By far the worst results of a casino I’ve played multiple times by a billion. Haven’t won in last 20 deposits not even kidding. Hands down the all time worst app I’ve ever visited and spent money on. It’s really really bad!!

The casino has nice bonuses but often I'll have to login again via codes sent to my email. I enter the code and nothing happens. The system just breaks and I lose my streak

I enjoy the casino the only thing I would say bad about it is it take days for a redemption it is not instant like they say at all !! Unless it’s $100 or less and customer support is so hard to reach been trying to get in contact for 10+ days no one has contacted me back imma vip player as well so that’s just crazy to me the casino is good but no customer support and take days and days for your redemption!!!

I hsve reached out via email, the ticketing system, and also through the ticketing system on Discord to no avail to help me get my number registered on Zoot. A month after I sent my first email to support, I get a response to ask what my issue was when it was clearly stated when I sent my message. It’s been very frustrating, and I’ve never experienced this with anything else in my online social casino experiences. I will be more than happy to update my review once I get a proper and prompt response from customer support to resolve my issue.

Zoot recently upped the minimum redemption from $50 to $100, cut quest / log in rewards in half, and charged play through requirements from 10x - 1x. I think the recent changes balance out. Ordinarily I wouldn’t have played on a social casino with 10x play through but I’d do the quests and my balance would go up. They did do another tricky thing you have to watch out for. Games used to load up and have a default setting to the minimum spin; 10¢. The default is $1 now so you have to remember to manually change it. They have a nice balance of branded games and Zoot games. And, most importantly, if you win they actually pay you. $100 to a SKRILL account processes instantly. I think a social casino with the option of an instant pay out automatically earns 5 stars.
