Z SUPPLY Avis 

I returned my items on June 3rd with the return label Z Supply provided. It is June 15th and I have yet to have the refund put back in my account. If you want to buy from them, don't expect your credit on return for at least 2 1/2 weeks from sending back. Every other return I have made has been credited within days of sending back the item. This is a much longer retun process than any other retailer I have worked with.

SCAM ALERT: Website decided I purchased an item I did not purchase. It also picked the wrong (old) address. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE happening here. This is a 1-star Scam Company.

Terrible quality. Fabric began to pill with the first washing. Stretched out immediately. Avoid this brand.

I’ve consistently adored Z Supply’s clothing for casual wear and loungewear over the years. Their loungewear are always soft and comfortable and their general style of clothing is very similar to mine. I haven’t experienced shrinkage in their clothing yet but it’s because any apparel that I deem would be prone to it - I just put them through dry cleaning. Now, as for their pricing - it’s a bit pricey for some (I’m looking at you, pajama sets) while others are more affordable. It’s good to catch their sales in various stores that do carry their brand. As for returns, I’ve recently had my first few experiences and they were pleasant. Two were exchanges and one was a refund. The exchanges went smoothly. Once your returned items are scanned into the shipping carrier’s system - Z Supply will notify you it is en route to them and they in turn send you the exchange while the returned items are in progress. One does not have to wait until the returned items are received. I find this process extremely positive and not many companies do this, which they should. A nice touch like this goes a long way with keeping satisfied customers for the long run and which in turn generates more revenue for a company. In addition to that, the refunded items on another order was quickly refunded in a couple of days - for which I truly appreciated rather than waiting eons for a merchant to refund. This also encourages me as a buyer to purchase more from this company. As far as customer service, I cannot comment on it as I haven’t had any need for assistance yet and hopefully when I do, it’ll be a positive one as well.

Won’t recommend this brand. I purchased three items from them and all of them shrunk to be child size. All washed on delicate with cold water - hung to dry. One pair of pants came out with a seam unraveled. Disappointed as they were each $150-250 items, plus tax and duty.

Clothing presents well however after paying way to much the craftsmanship is unacceptable is is horribly stitched and my biggest problem is with the sloppiness of the Tags. They are so scratch and poke so badly you can't even ware them. The are so cheaply sewing in you can't remove them with out making a hole in the garment. Don't waist you money on this Z Supply...

I think the clothes are oh so soft and start out feeling rather heavenly, but they don't hold up. I have written reviews on the site, so other buyers know what they are signing up for, but they don't post them. So the marketing is a bit untruthful, in my opinion

I have purchased many Z Supply items from the online retailer Largo Drive, which is outstanding company dedicated to customer service. Unfortunately, they cannot stock all items from Z Supply. Twice now, I have gone to Z Supply to purchase an item, only to receive the worst CS. A more accurate description would be no CS. Everything is shipped via Fedex. In Canada, this means we are automatically charged taxes and duties, even when the item is not of a high enough value to attract it. (Most items under $100, coming via regular mail, are not charged, although occasionally they are.) Z Supply wants $30 US ($38 CAD) to ship a light pair of pants costing $80. I have commented on this twice and received no response. The two stars are because they do make lovely clothes. I have no problem there and would rate them 5 stars if this review related solely to the quality and style of their items. When other US companies fall over themselves to keep a customer happy (and buying), Z Supply sadly doesn't. It is very short sighted when others will ship USPS, and retailers are feeling the inflationary pinch. Frankly, I am prepared to take the risk of an item getting lost in transit (which hasn't yet happened to me despite over 500 US purchases). In my opinion, this company can do better. I will say again that their clothing is absolutely beautiful.
