I had ordered 2 personalised crystal chain Arabic name necklaces. I've been looking for. Awhile and I found Zudo giving the best price. It was a long wait for my order to come through but unfortunately the name was fixed the other way around 😔. I was really gutted as I was eagerly waiting for the necklaces. To be fair when I contacted Zudo about my order problem they immediately agreed to send another 2 necklaces plus a thankyou gift of my choice. Which was very kind of them. The necklaces came in double quick time. Perfectly made and better than my expectations. Very very happy with my order. Thankyou Zudo 😊
