Customer support is enjoying Easter air......
I electronically paid my March dues for Fiber last Thursday 26th from a different account and the Zuku billing department could not verify the effected payment, hence disconnected the account Saturday. I managed to have it reconnected by providing the payment evidence, for the service to be disconnected Sunday midnight, Monday midnight and Tuesday midnight. After having sent two days back the bank ledger proving the transaction, I still am disconnected, but the call center does not answer: they just leave their customers idling in a wait queue, mine is 32 minutes now. Zuku, we have a choice in this market, you do not seem to realise it.

I am extremely disappointed with ZUKU’s customer service. I have been calling all day, hoping for help, yet no technician has shown up despite their promise. I even paid for the service, but nothing has been done. This is beyond frustrating, it feels like I’m dealing with a bunch of amateurs who don’t value their customers. Very poor service and zero professionalism. Would not recommend!

EXTREMELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. After three years I decided to reconnect in my office after their guys told me they have really done a lot to improve their services. I thought they have styled up. But it's the same old incompetency, unprofessionalism and unreliability. I will just use the one month and NEVER WANT TO HEAR THE NAME ZUKU AGAIN. VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

A very bad service from zuke we shift from nalyaa to bukasa and we have 10 days remaining internet so we called them for two days and they were procrastinating then I found zuku guy walking on the street and I bring him to the house after he entered he took my telephone number and the account number and said I will send someone then he disappeared!!

Scammers and liars ,do not ..I repeat do not put your money anywhere near this company,I paid over a week ago and everyday I call about 4times and all I get is someone is on the way ! Or they'll be there by 8am tomorrow.And don't even get me started with the quality of the internet and how unstable it is or how every 3days there re doing a maintenance so network is down...! It's a nightmare try other service providers!

The internet/wifi service is a nightmare. Customer service agents have been trained to lie and cheat their customers. Pay money to this company is guaranteed to get scammed. Zuku is a den of thieves masquerading as an internet service provider. Why the government doesn't close this fake internet service provider is incomprehensible.
Decided to give this provider another…
Decided to give this provider another chance after almost 9 months of not using the service because of constant disappointment. Today, they asked me to pay, and I would get reconnected within 15 minutes. It took 4 calls and almost 5 hours to get this sorted, from the 15 minutes promised. 3 different agents promising to sort the issue that was not sorted. Honestly don't think I will renew. Thank you, Truphena, though, for sorting the issue
VERY POOR WIFI SERVICE
This is one of the worst wifi providers you can ever use in Kenya, especially if you are trying to game online or do anything in general. You would rather buy data than get a wifi subscription with them. Customer care not even picking up your phone. Basically ass servicess
Horrible does not even describe it.
It all began with a service disruption on 23/09 this year. I called in for a technician and they came three weeks later. Yesterday as I was renewing, I noticed a loss of signal but when I called customer care, I was told to pay and it would go away, surprise surprise, I paid 200,000UGX and then they told me a technician would be with me shortly. No one came. Zuku no longer cares about the customer but the money. How do you tell someone to first pay for a technician to come and look into their issue?
Terrible service
Terrible service! On the 27 of Aug I was told by a Zuku employee that if I pay 149.000 then a technician would be a my place the same day. After calling more than 7 times a technician finally arrived on the 15 of August. He ensured me that my subscription would start from that day. On the 27 of August they cut off my internet. I called Zuku and they told me that the best they could do was to give me a month for the price of 74.500 but with only have the speed I had before.
I fell it should be illegal to lie to customers.
Anyway, stay far away from Zuku

Worst of the worst, after paying for installation no communication is done, the sales person disappears and you have to wait for days for the technician who never arrives nor communicate. This are cons, enroll to zuku at your own risk

The worst internet service provider ever . Agent promises installation will be done ,the technician calls saying they are no routers , i feel imma about to take legal action . How can you say you offering services , request customers to pay then say there are no routers and you don't know when they'll arrive.Worst part is that when you request for the reversal they say it will take 7-14 days , are these guys really serious even the reversal they want you waiting that long. I do not recommend anyone to put their money in this company , they are the worst.
