Zulily -ha! Will NEVER shop with them again!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My package never showed up after taking a month to get here! WTF?! I live 1 state away from where it was shipped out from. They sent it to California for some reason. I never got the package. I emailed cs and that’sa JOKE!!! They tell me to wait 5 business days, so I do, but then when I message them back they get me to a manager. He then pretends that they’re late sending them out or something like, I’ll send them out at the end of next week. I’m like, hello, they never arrived, don’t send anything out, I want a refund! Then he drops off the face of the earth apparently. Last I heard from them. Hosted by a “company” - not a good look zulily, not a good look. Its giving scammers! Shop there at your own peril.

I would give them a zero. They burned all their vendors.

Nothing but issues since the site changed... no warning to customers of changes in return/refund policies or anything.
Many webpages no longer exist and just show a 404 error... including my account page...

i am from US. I have been ordering from Zulily over 10 years. However, something changed recently. Almost 1month from my order , they are still processing my order and later I received an email that some of my ordered items was refunded to original payment. Don't see that payment in my credit card account. So be careful, I am not ordering from Zulily anymore!

I am from Canada. Since Zulily changed the website I cannot purchase anything. It is showing only for the U.S. The website is slower and the prices have increased. It is no longer fun to shop! I loved Zulily in the past. I hope they get their act together before it’s too late!

Zulily has the best customer service that is actually empowered to help and fix any issue. I wish more companies empowered their employees to be able to actually help the customer.

Loved this site. But with no prewarning they just ceased all shipping to all countries except for US, Canada and Australia. I feel they owed it to their customers to atleast send an email alerting customers of this massive change before it suddenly happened over night and showed little regard for their customers in just abruptly making this change.

I’ve been shopping on zuilly for about 5 years,I buy brand name shoes runners boots purses bathroom curtain sets bedding comforter sets,I also have bought clothes such as dresses they offer brand name deals that change often,I’ve also bought clothes for my grand kids such as Nike adidas and crocs,I’m pleased with almost everything I’ve bought,the site is legit but I’d say stay with brand names that your familiar with or look them up online for legit reviews,the bedding such as sheet sets and comforters have been great I have no complaints but I do look for the sales on them,shipping is about 10 to 14 days which I don’t mind but if you do they also have item under ready to ship that ship faster

I was so surprised to see a coloring called witchcraft coloring book. I will not be shopping at Zulily. Kids don’t need this kind of influence in my opinion. I am a Christian. I can’t condone this.

Purchased a Tory Burch purse. Contacted customer service the same day that I received it due to suspicion that the purse is not authentic. They said they would investigate and get back to me. This was 2.5 months ago!
Ive tried reaching out and they say they are still investigating.
They took my money and sold me a fake purse. DO NOT Buy from this place!

I took advantage of a really good sale and ordered some items that I really wanted. However, I received an email the following day stating that my order had been canceled per my request. I did NOT request to cancel the order and Immediately contacted customer service to get an explanation. I was told that my order was canceled due to finance not being able to verify my billing address because I used Apple Pay. Although my billing address associated with the card used was correct, they were not able to resolve the issue. I asked if they could re-process the payment, even using a different card, if Apple Pay was an issue, but they could not nor were they able to submit a new order for me. I was left with a canceled order and no solution which was unfair because there was no issue with my billing address. If finance is having issues with verifying billing information when Apple Pay is used, the service should not be offered. I have used Apple Pay with several merchants and had no issues. This was extremely POOR customer service on Zulily’s behalf.

I love this company. The items are as shown and if there is ever anything wrong with anything I've bought, it is rectified immediately. I shop here with 100% comfort.

I have been purchasing from zullily for over 14 years .Great company.always satisfied. On the odd occasion that I was sent wrong size for some shoes they refunded my money and told me to keep the shoes which I gave to my daughter! Love Suzanne Betro.

sometimes good, sometimes bad. I’ve had trouble with the size of clothes and shoes being different from the size chart. Zulily needs to have better quality control and ban companies that do not size correctly. I look to Zulily for good deals on brand names since I know those companies size correctly. I’ve also bought great comforters for cheap prices. Returns cost a lot so I end up keeping or donating the item .

I’m totally not a bot. I have been ordering from Zulilly for years without issues. I do agree that their return policy is too tight, I rarely have problems with misrepresentation or sizing. I was honestly surprised to see bad reviews on this site. I’ve been a happy customer for several years. This site to me is reputable. I can only hope they maintain the level of service that I’ve received for at least 10 years…

Purchased 2 winter jackets at 1/3 the price of other vendors. Although free shipping was unavailable, the good were shipped the next day and delivered within 3 days. Amazing - thank you. Will be shopping again, soon.

I love Zulily. Yes, they have some clothes from China (who cares) but they also have name brands and many other household/beauty/fashion things. I’ve been buying from them for years. They sent me the wrong item once during Covid and I told them I wasn’t gonna return it because of quarantine and they just let me keep it.

From ordering to delivery from USA took 8 days. Exceptional value, I bought dkny mules, came properly wrapped & with dkny box. Shld be £150 & i paid £42 + £3.99, yes £3.99 p&p from usa via RR Donelly (usa courier) to Hermes world & they arrived to me safely. 8 days. 5 working days. Updates available on tracking.
I shall shop again with confidence.

Zulyly is fun! I order from the site much more often than I should. I always feel happy with my purchases. Some items take longer than others, but if you read the description, it will let you know.
Wide selection of house items, helpers and decor. Outdoor decorations are pretty and unique. I watch for the specials, and specialty items. I have gotten some lovely items!
