The suitcase arrived to Frankfurt in 2 weeks time and looks good at first. It is spacious and the best thing I like are the wheels - super silent and they glide like no other
already traveled with my carry on for 2 times, it is absolutely amazing how much it fits in the suitcase, it has been made by the maximum dimensions of airline allowance
Terrible product, not as advertised.
No feedback from Zumadan Customer Support for more than 2 weeks after I sent numerous emails from various email accounts with order nr and ordering date. Bizarre really if they write on the website 24hrs support help desk !!!!

Ups tracking updated once the package was on us soil but the luggage looks good and premium, looks too good to be true for that price, the locks, the interior and the spinning wheels
The suitcase looks absolutely increadable in person and i now bought my second one. The shipping time is slow but it is worth the looks and functions of the luggage

Edited New Review: I did in the end receive the suitcase. The delivery time is fairly long so be aware of that.
I also found the same suitcase on Amazon for cheaper than the "sale" price, it seems it's just a "rebrand" (mine didn't even have a logo on it). Trustpilot doesn't allow links, but it can be found if you search for aluminium suitcase, looks exactly the same.
So while the product may in fact be decent (time till tell) the business practices of the company seem shady at best. The support have been courteous and helpful, and they are actually responding. So kudos to that department.
Old review:
I never received anything nor shipping information. I emailed them asking and they said it had been shipped and they would get tracking info soon. Soon it has been near 2 weeks since order and no shipping info.
The suitcase never arrived. The company sent an email, saying that they had a problem with the shipping agency, and the dispatched another one, but that one also never arrived. They even had the audacity to say that if I receive two, I should return one. Would have been happy to receive just one that I paid for. I think this is a scam.
Correction: In the end I did receive the suitcase, and it seems OK (since I haven't travelled with it yet, I cannot yet say how the quality is). The company seems to have issues with its shipping agent and hopefully they manage to sort this out. Also communication could be improved.
Practical Test of Usage of Suitcase
In the meantime, I travelled with the suitcase and I liked it. The wheels are good, the handle opens and retracts easily, the compartments are very well designed, and the quality is also flawless. Considering that the product meets the expectations, I might buy again, hoping, that the company has ironed out the delivery and customer service in the meantime.
