Fast response on tickets, fast solutions.

The service is not from the best in the industry, however their customer service solved any issue I had and respond in reasonable time

I used the Zyte API to unblock a couple of sites my automations we're getting blocked on. Worked first time, no issues.

Zyte has a great product and an even better customer support team. It is able to bypass almost any target site we want to extract data from and the pricing is highly reasonable given the reliability. The team is very helpful in crafting a plan that suits our needs with special discounts applied to larger volume sites as well as quick fixes during scraper breakages.

States no CC required, and then only allows you to trial it by entering a credit card. Also states the below on the payment section:
"Start your one month Zyte API On Demand plan with $5 free credit!
Enter your credit card details to complete your sign up."

It also states you have access to "Scrapy Cloud
Hosts and runs spiders," however you can't access it unless you sign up with a credit card for "Zyte API
Avoids bans and extracts data."

Do not recommend this company with such misleading marketing tactics. They have also setup a review method on a site called G2, which unsurprisingly limits negative reviews - Trustpilot exposes them for what they are.

At the end of the month they withdraw 2 dollars from 5 dollar "FREE" credit from my credit card!

Totally fraud!

They advertise a feature to set a spending limit, but there is no option. I contacted support, sent a screenshot, they said there is no spending limit without a subscription. The entire system is designed to steal your money. I woke up yesterday to a bill 40x times more than what was expected. Support is unhelpful and they don't care, they just want to steal your money. Zyte is designed to be misleading.

Very pathetic experience. Totally not willing to help at all. No easier smoother way to communicate with support. Had to create tickets for even some basic questions. Support agents reply after a week and only garbage response. Their agents seem to be non-technical and unable to understand problems and providing solutions. They just wanna lure you in to a Paid Consultancy which is gonna break your bank for sure.

Had no choice but to leave their service. Had several tech and payment issues which I needed support with. Their support (whilst being nice people) are too slow to respond. One resonse every 24-48 hours and nothing on a weekend is not good enough if you have a commercial application relying on the data you are scraping.

been using their proxy manager for nearly a year and hardly using the available resources and asked for one piece of advice regarding a simple item and they said I had to pay for it - just no customer relationship management and big picture style. I've been paying a lot of money to them over a year and they can't assist in a small area to a good customer without getting out an invoice...

Was a satisfied customer for more than 2 years. Until they changed the Pricing of their services. Prices tripled or quadrupled overnight, with no prior notice or explanation. It was just more expensive.
We had to move to Web Scraping API, which is up to 5 times cheaper than Zyte. It took time to migrate all the code, but it was worth it.

I bought a $ 349 Advanced plan to get 200 concurrent requests. In their free trial, the response times are very low - about a few seconds. After purchasing the plan instead the requests together applied a delay on purpose thus canceling the potential of concurrent requests. In fact, it's like doing about 5/6 per second.
After contacting their technical support, after a week, they tell me that an upgrade is required by paying an additional cost. Obviously I requested a refund since they did not promise what was advertised and told me that it was not possible since I had used the service. Of course I had used it, otherwise how could I tell that concurrent requests weren't working properly?
I absolutely do not recommend this service for making me waste about a week to find a "fake" problem they know well and for asking me for an upgrade without even offering me a courtesy refund to apologize.

The service started off pretty good. A month in all my requests started to timeout and take at minimum 30 seconds. I don't recommend this service if you are looking for fast response times.

Very unprofessional.
Asked a question as they suggested on the site about a package they sell and it took them 3 months to respond.
Then I asked for clarifications 5 times with no response at all.
The sales team is not even aware of the details on the products they sell and only promise to come back to you and never do.

We had a paid Scrapy Splash plan but their customer service replies to our tickets after 10+ days

There is no way to see real-time page load just like we can see in Selenium

When trying to take screenshots, most of times, it saves blank white images even page is loaded

When trying to find elements, it sometimes not able find them even though I can see the element in source-code and its in the view-port

When clicking elements, it sometimes clicks, but sometimes just makes the element 'active', but not click
