CRITICAL WARNING TO IMPORTERS: ZYZPET / Shanghai Jinwang Luggage Travel Products Co., Ltd.

US$ 17,705 Order Never Shipped, US$6,387 Not Refunded, Then “No One Know Your Goods”
This is a documented account of our dealings with ZYZPET (Shanghai Jinwang Luggage Travel Products Co., Ltd.), the supplier we contracted with through Alibaba.

FINAL DOCUMENTED OUTCOME
Order #182210711501024032 USD 17,705.59 was never shipped. The deposit at issue was US$6,387.53.
Alibaba’s own order page still records:
“Waiting for supplier to ship”
“Pending dispatch”
Alibaba’s dispute record states:
“Supplier didn't ship by the agreed date”
Yet they closed the dispute with “Order amount refunded USD 0.00”
The supplier itself later wrote:
“Now warehouse change manager no one know your goods.”
They are statements recorded in the supplier’s and Alibaba’s own written records.

INDEPENDENT INSPECTION EVIDENCE — WRONG COLOUR
This was not our first documented problem with Shanghai Jinwang.
Under 2021 Order #75343026001024032, we ordered custom pet carrier bags in Navy Blue Pantone 540C, specifying the colour in writing 23 times before production.
Production was delayed roughly four months.
What arrived was Royal Blue Pantone 286C.
SGS recorded: “Style, color: FAIL”
Bureau Veritas independently confirmed Royal Blue.
Rather than reject the wrong-colour goods, we accepted them and paid in full as a commercial compromise, then incurred additional costs trying to make part of the inventory usable.

SIGNED ADDENDUM — FINAL 2023 ORDER STILL NEVER SHIPPED
In 2023, the unresolved balance and remaining goods were incorporated into Order #182210711501024032 under a signed and stamped addendum.
The supplier then requested three Alibaba delivery-time extensions in September 2023, and the goods were not ready until late November. The Red Sea crisis subsequently disrupted the agreed shipping route.
Our signed Shipping Amendment provided that shipment would occur when the buyer could find vessel space at an appropriate price. Our manufacturing agreement separately required Shanghai Jinwang to provide storage “without cost.”
IN THE SUPPLIER’S OWN WORDS

22 August 2025:
“It is impossible to return your advance payment”

28 August 2025:
“Now warehouse change manager no one know your goods”

18 March 2026:
“we already inform this goods lay long time in our warehouse, we have right to deal with this goods”
The final statement is particularly concerning when compared with the signed manufacturing agreement.

CONTRACTUAL PROTECTIONS
Clause 7 required Shanghai Jinwang to provide ample storage without cost, securely store the goods at its premises, insure them, and reimburse uncovered loss or damage.
Clause 3 states that the manufacturer and its affiliates/subsidiaries shall not sell or market our products, during or after the agreement, in China or any other country.
Clause 11 expressly treats the products themselves as our proprietary information/intellectual property and prohibits unauthorized use, duplication or transfer.
The documented chronology includes the supplier’s own requested extensions, followed by the Red Sea disruption and our attempts to arrange shipment.

ALIBABA MEDIATOR’S OWN FINDING
On 2 December 2025, Alibaba’s mediator wrote that the seller:
“has not provided valid evidence to support their position”
and escalated the matter to senior management.
That is Alibaba’s mediator’s written finding, not ours.

MULTI-YEAR DOCUMENTED PATTERN IN OUR DEALINGS
Our experience was not one isolated misunderstanding:
Wrong colour despite repeated written specifications.
Independent SGS failure.
Production delays.
A linked final order never shipped.
Refund refused in writing.
Supplier stating that no one knew where our goods were.
Supplier later claiming a right to “deal with” those goods.
US$6,387 not refunded.
Alibaba’s dispute system recording USD 0.00 refunded.
We proposed delivery, refund, and payment of the remaining balance through Alibaba Escrow after confirmation -all in vain!

Based on this documented experience, we would never use ZYZPET / Shanghai Jinwang.

Importers considering this supplier should review these facts carefully before placing a deposit to this supplier.

We will now contact every US & EU news outlet about this issue and take Legal action to get a refund – this shall never go away!

PROTECT FELLOW IMPORTERS: Don't let this documented experience disappear unnoticed. If you know importers, sourcing professionals, e-commerce sellers or Amazon seller groups on LinkedIn, Facebook or WhatsApp, please share or repost this warning before someone else places a deposit with this supplier. It takes 5 seconds and costs nothing— but seeing what happened to our USS6,387 could save another importer thousands. Thank you so much!
