JINS failed to ship my order for over 4 weeks, which they charged my credit card for immediately. They do not provide warning of significant order delays, which they informed could take "4 - 5 weeks to process." This style of inventory management & customer service is unacceptable in today's ecommerce landscape.

I am writing this review to warn others of the issue before they place an order with JINS.
