Purchased the subscription to Trade…

Purchased the subscription to Trade cycles in January. I have contacted Customer Service several times and a lady named Kate called me back yesterday. I was talking and explaining to her I didn’t quite understand the set up and then I realize she was no longer on the phone. I would at least think she would’ve had the courtesy to call me back, but she did not. I really want to learn this program, but I’m not sure if it’s a scam or not.! One of the perks does not even begin until February 12.
