Terrible support
Did a ton of research about hosts, ended up with pufferfish. Tried to buy a pack, got told I’m a fraud. Ofcourse that is not the case so i contacted them.
Even with a high priority ticket it took a while to get an answer. I contacted them through discord and I got straight up told ‘just admit you’re using VPN or using fake information’. They’re not even trying to help, all u get is accusations thrown at you. Ended up getting an answer on my ticket and all Kevin once again said was ‘ you’re a fraud’. Not giving any help of maybe trying to prove I am not, or any other options. I don’t recommend using this host purely because of the rudeness of the team, specifically Kevin.

I understand that you tried to purchase from us. Unfortunately, due to a number of factors, your order was flagged for a manual fraud review, as it looked suspicious. People try to use stolen credit cards on our platform all the time, as well as obscure information that, if we knew it, would make us not want to sell to them. I can’t go into specifics, and I’m not directly accusing you of doing any of these things, but your order matched too many similarities with these other fraudulent orders, and as a result we are unable to sell a server to you.
This is NOT personal, and again, I’m not accusing you of doing this, it’s just our policy. I wish you luck in finding another hosting company.
