Thank you tailster for re-activating my account. I do appreciate the members of your team who reached out to me regarding this issue and passed it on to the corresponding department who re-activated my account.
Whilst I stand by that communication regarding this could have been better I do appreciate the members of your team who dealt with my issue respectfully and promptly. Thank you.
This a response to tailster reply to my previous review.
I understand that the issue has been passed on to another department however I’ve received no response from this other department as of yet only an email stating it’s been passed onto them.
Communication regarding this process would be nice so I would have at least known what was going on it took leaving a review to actually get a response from you as to why this had even happened in the first place.
All I’m asking for is communication regarding this process so I know where I stand the longer it goes on for the more potential clients I’m missing out on.
Not at all happy with how you’ve handled this issue so far.
