My purpose for contacting QuietLab was to get aid with my snoring problem. The results after weeks of wearing their anti-snore device was a failure. It repeatedly came out during the night and my snoring along with drowling was unacceptable. My wife is a light sleeper, who now sleeps in a seperate bedroom, was my night monitor and gave me reports on my lack of progress. If I had to a chance to recomment the device, I wouldn't.....rate it a zero. However, their Customer Service is phenomenal!! I've had experience with other companys who would benefit from using your model. Doesn't excuse the product failure but it made the failure pill a little easier to swallow!
