I paid for the service and followed all the instructions in their documentation blog. Then I realized the documentation was outdated (not clear), for other operating systems (not indicated), and that some steps had been left out (what?).

I contacted support and they sent me more links to yet other blog posts, none of it correct. They hadn't even read my questions and just sent a cookie-cutter lazy response. I called them out on this, and they finally sent more detailed instructions in an email, but after implementing them, it still didn't work.

On top of all of this, even when the instructions are clear, their website, once you hit "login" is down most of the time, they blame Cloudflare, but like how can you have Clausdflare issues multiple times a day, every day?

At this point I had spent about 2 weeks in support and 2 days researching solutions on Google and Chatgpt, plus personally reading through two separate documentation blogs. It didn't work, it never worked. I have requested a cancellation and a refund.

One star is too much, avoid as the plague!
