Profiteering tacky scammers - happy to no longer be their customer

Profiteering scam - try finding out any information about cancelling your broadband. Website is absolutely useless, account doesn't connect, eventually get passed through to a cancellation department and then they tell you that they wanted 30 days notice and also there is a disconnect charge.
Tacky beyond belief - absolute scam.

Good quality products, but picking/packing and delivery is poor. Took ages to actually ship any of my orders and had to chase multiple times, whilst being repeatedly told it was shipping…

Love this app

Love this app - has been and still is an absolute lifesaver.
It’s probably closer to 5* but for the limits on number of documents you can translate per month (should be more for the price).
I would also love the option for French of choosing formal language (vous rather than tu).
It needs to keep advancing and offering more for users as Google, Apple etc offerings improve.

What a rubbish delivery company

Shop used ArrowXL to deliver my goods. Got the emails and texts about delivery timescales, and then the time came and went - no sign of them. Then got a message saying failed to deliver and that I had to contact them when back in hours. Chat goes unanswered, and phone just puts you in a queue (currently I’m number 45). Guess I’m not the only one having issues with their cr@p service.

Currently they are evading providing a refund...

Support is much worse than in the past

Support is much worse than in the past. Chat often doesn't even get answered, you just sit in a queue. when it does, the agent clearly wants you to go as quickly as possible and does the absolute minimum to get rid of you. Doesn't really provide support for those of us that are not tech wizards, and bearing in mind the issues I was dealing with were created by following prompts on their system, and no documentation was obvious to how to complete a purchase set-up, did not leave a good feeling.

Poor investment and slow to pay out

Poor investment performance and slow to pay out.

Had a pension policy and saving account. Still waiting for pension withdrawal. First to be notified, yet 2 other companies notified weeks later have already paid out.

Useless and infuriating service

Unbelievably useless fraud management systems, processes and customer support. Wanted to make a single large payment to an existing payee and called to discuss - forced to break it down over multiple days to suit Chase and then wait for approval. Made that…fraud check…another call. Next day second payment within limit…fraud check…another call. Third payment, yes you guessed it fraud check…another call. Each time having to go through the same robotic customer service. Same scripts, same questions despite them saying they can see notes on the system about what I was trying to do. Useless and infuriating service. Learns nothing, doesn’t seem to be able to be trained.

Don't bother with this company

Don't bother with this company. Customer service is appalling. The PetJet product idea is great, but the heating capability is so poor that they are useless.
They even know this, as their returns policy will only give you 80% of your purchase price back if your issue is that the product doesn't actually work with your water pressure - so they are obviously used to having them returned, and have found a way to make money out of it.

Chinese scammers

Do not buy from this company. Nothing arrives and they just bullshit you with a Chinese parcel tracking website that apparently shows your item clearing customs in your country (in my case over a month ago) and out for delivery.

Also check out all their positive reviews - every one is apparently for a “unique” item. Guess they just wrote all them themselves, or a bot did.

Goods never arrive

Ordered a tool on 4th December. Seemed to be ok. Tracking info provided, but still hasn’t arrived despite apparently clearing uk customs in mid January. I have asked for a refund 4 times now and all they ever say is “wait”. Not convinced they are real.

No response from Customer Support

Bought a Mini but as others have said, impossible to get hot water at anything other than a dribble.

Have emailed them 4 times to ask to exchange / upgrade to a Pro, and absolutely no response.

They don't advertise a phone number so no other way to contact.

Seems like I have wasted my money...

Very disappointed as it looked so good.

Scammers

Ordered a 4 bed removal pack and many days later had part of the order left on my drive in the rain - brilliant thinking for a cardboard box containing cardboard boxes. Been trying to get them to replace the damaged ones and send all the missing boxes.
Been asked 3 times what’s missing and now ghosted - no replies to any messages.
Time to claim off credit card company - absolute scammers.

Avoid like the plague - scammers

Avoid like the plague - absolute scammers.

The translation device is cheap and nasty, and doesn’t do anything that your phone can’t already do. Indeed it has to be paired with your phone to work, which is not what their advertising suggests.

When I asked to return it, they refused as they said the packaging had been opened. I will be taking legal action against them as they are in breach in UK consumer law.

Support is terrible / non-existent

Sadly this is a great tool, but completely unusable if you have a problem as you can’t speak to anyone except sales (and even that is hit or miss), and they don’t bother to even acknowledge let alone action support cases. Once a fan, now sadly looking to go elsewhere.

Impossible to reach in emergency

In Turkey and need to change flight. Tried Manage Booking, can’t change anything online, told to call. Tried chat, can’t process anything on line, told to call. Called, told wrong team and passed through to different team. Told they can’t help as pre-travel. Given email which rejects emails (later told shouldn’t have been given this email). Called again. Told to refer to text sent when we travelled…just after we told them phone has been stolen. Called again, given a couple of numbers (apparently they change them so customers don’t keep calling!). Neither worked. Beyond incompetent.

Great service end to end, from sales, to scaffold, to fitting to post installation. Great communication, did what they said they would do, on time and with no nasty surprises. A delight to do business with, and such a pleasant change in this day and age.

Utterly useless app and service

Utterly useless app. Implemented 2FA. Errors when you enter the code and then locks you out of account. No contact details or seemingly a way to get back into your money.

Customer service is lousy

Customer service is lousy, administration pathetic. Cancelled cover (which they confirmed), and they still take direct debits. Tried to get hold of customer service and got pushed to WhatsApp channel where you just get asked the same security questions again and again (hours apart), and no one actually comes on to deal with the query.

What an amateur outfit with childish…

What an amateur outfit with childish customer experience at Winchester Peta at Home. Booked a groom online as a loyal customer. Multiple pestering phone calls for two days whilst I’m busy at work NEEDING a £15 deposit. Didn’t get back to them in 2 days - they cancelled the appointment. This is after they cancelled three appointments in a row at the last minute when their groomer wasn’t available on the day.
