Ordered a plastic cup for my child it…

Ordered a plastic cup for my child it came broken, I ordered it online to avoid going shopping and convenience, did not have the time to go back and swap it. It didn't break in the envelope which had no form of protection anyway, the piece that broke off was nowhere to be found so it is pretty obvious that a worker had just either not seen it or just ignored the problem to make the customer deal with it. Will be avoiding Matalan

CeX Roulette

Stock comes from different stores so depending on how efficient a particular store is run directly effects how fast you get your product, I had one item from an extremely efficient store and another item from a not so efficient store hence it was a longer wait. It's basically a roulette type situation.

The products I received were top notch and as described, I am happy to use them again now that I can manage my expectations

I've had problems from the get go

I've had problems from the get go, they sent me a self installation kit, they use Yodel who are just as terrible, postman came to my door literally knocked and then left a card, then I told virgin and they said I had to contact Yodel and sort it out my self,so I did, anyway a few tries layer we finally got the hub only to find that there was no connecter cable with it because for some reason they thought I was already a customer, so two weeks I don't have any internet, messaging in app is terrible, no one actually speaks English as a first language so the communication is robotic at best, they are rude I've been told that I should've call up straight away, which I did bit couldn't get through. I'm still trying to get in contact with them and this is my first time using them, I would cancel but like I said it's a brick wall customer service rn

Avoid, scam, no customer service and even if you pay for stuff it didn't work, systems are up for taking payments but that's it. I'm assuming people use it, pay for stuff, pay for more stuff because of the hassle of moving and then are forced to move because you actually need a website where people can contact you.

Thus is exactly what I've had to do. Just pay for hosting on a reliable well used hosting site

Very fast delivery, good condition (I ordered a grade A) no problems and I love that fact that CeX give you 2 years warranty.

Quick Delivery, Awesome quality!

I wasn't expecting my goods in the same week so was very impressed at how fast Cex got stuff out. The goods were in excellent condition and I had no problems whatsoever. Cex Rules!
