Total scam, I never received my order and after a couple of polite answers via email and reassurance that they'll "work very hard to ensure I'll get my order" they just stopped answering. It's been over three months of my initial order. I'll try to get my money back somehow.

We take all form of feedback seriously, and your is not an exception. Your concern is our concern, we do our best to find the solution for this.
Since our products are naturally-derived and vegan, it doesn't contain synthetic ingredients. The Hair Strength Shampoo is sulfate-free, the Hair Recovery Conditioner is silicon-free.
While the Hair Growth Serum doesn't contain DHT blocker, the serum focuses entirely on the integrity of the hair follicles. That being said, the serum is able to counteract hormonal inhibition in two ways.
First, the ingredient called HotFlux®, or Vanillyl Butyl Ether, is a heating agent that stimulates the blood perfusion or flow by dilating blood capillaries that interconnect with the hair follicles. The increase in blood flow decreases high concentrations of hormones in the blood near the hair follicles.
Second, the ingredient caffeine gives cell messengers a ‘boost’ in energy to catalyze enzymes to relay signals at a higher rate to initiate appropriate cell function. The caffeine counteracts hormonally-obstructed enzyme substrates to create balance in cell function.
Everyone is different but users may notice a reduction in hair fall around 45 days, minimal new hair regrowth after 90 days, and more predominant hair density after 150 days, based on the clinical study of Curcuma longa.

the purchase process was ok, the shipping was pretty slow, but above all the product didn't work as promised. The lash serum irritated my eyes so much I couldn't use it twice a day as recommended and after anyway using the whole bottle I didn't see any change.
