The "seller" name is hidden under an accordion menu, there is no rating for each seller, and sellers are free to refuse a return without any proof of whatever they are saying. Bought a home scale from Beymen, seller is Yaman iletisim, and after opening the package and installing the app, I didn't find that it was worth 5000 Turkish Liras, returned it and the seller refused the return because the package was open! Contacted Beymen and told them that although the package was open, I sent it back in the original packaging. Beymen told me that they can't do anything about it and that I need to contact the seller directly. What is the point of buying from Beymen then! They charge the sellers which makes the product cost more, only to tell the customers to contact the seller. Why didn't I buy it from the seller directly then? What is the point of ordering something from your website?

I asked them to send me the photo of the package that the seller received, but they don't even have it! So whatever the seller says, that's it for them.

AMATEURS ... would never recommend the website to anyone

headphones don't work

2 headphones don't work, i contact the company, and they tell me reset it, which I already did 10 times and didn't solve the problem. The battery of the left headphone is 0% all the time, I keep getting it out of the case and putting it back, it shows 30%, then suddenly jumps to 100%, and I get it out of the case and it's 0% again.

We had a flight from İzmir to Alexandria, with transit in Istanbul. My wife is a Turkish citizen and I have the "family residence permit". The first flight was delayed for an hour before boarding, then we stayed for 30 minutes on the plane, and then the 50 minutes flight became a 1 hour and 40 minutes flight. They say it's because of the weather and it's out of their hands, which was okay till then, although we didn't catch our connection flight after an employee told us (you will catch it, the gates are still open). We went to find nobody at the gates, and we went to the office to cancel our stamp and enter again, and to ask for a hotel, only to have to wait for 2 hours and 30 minutes. A couple of the employees were trying to help, and the rest were simply rude, telling people how they didn't take a break for hours to help them, as if it's the passengers issue. Why would my Turkish wife wait for her passport to enter her own country for 2 and half hours! We called the call center and they were useless, telling us that they filled a feedback form!
It is 5 AM (local Turkish time) at the time of writing this comment, and I have to work at 9 AM in the morning.

Also, Pegasus says that it is the weather, but other airlines like Ajet didn't have any delays or cancelations!

Also, although we have been waiting for over 4 hours in total, they didn't give us food vouchers or soft drinks, which is against the law.

Tried to order over 7 times

Tried to order over 7 times, using the Android app, the website from the Android phone, the website over a MacBook, and it just doesn't work. I will ignore the app being awfully laggy, same as the website. Whenever I enter my card to make a payment, I get this message: Lütfen Kredi Kartı Bilgilerinizi kontrol ediniz.. (Kart Numarası, Ay/Yıl, CVV).

I tried using my Maximum card, my wife's Bonus card, both of them give the same message, when I try to pay via MasterPass, the order shows as if it went through, yet it is canceled after a few minutes.

I tried both cards in MasterPass and as a normal card payment, it always fails. The call center was useless, they told me to contact my banks because they didn't get another complaint from other customers. I tried to explain that it cannot be the bank because I just used the same Maximum card on Gratis, Boyner and Hepsiburada and it worked fine, but they kept repeating the same exact phrase: contact the bank.

This is not how business is made, you can't know how many customers tried to order, faced the same issue but didn't bother to call like I did and just gave up. I will be deleting the app, and won't be shopping from Rossmann again.

Robotic answers and no actual help

Robotic answers and no actual help, I mentioned that the number they provided in the chat is wrong because it says (thanks for your call, we called regarding your order) and the call ends, then guess what they do! Ask me if I need help with something else 😂 We stayed in this for like 5 minutes, I kept receiving the same number and trying to explain that I need more help because I didn't receive any help. My question was simple, if they sell Samsung headphones in branches or only on the app

Worst customer service I have had in…

Worst customer service I have had in years. I contacted them 3 times and each time they manage to top themselves somehow, impressive (in an awful way). I contacted them to make a payment, because I get an error everytime, they told me to try another card. I contacted all my friends and family that have a card, and managed to try 8 different cards issued by 6 different banks, from 2 different countries, and still the issue persisted. I contacted them again, only to be told to try another card, after I clearly mentioned that I tried 6 cards (at the time of the chat). I told the agent that the next step would be that I go outside and ask random people for their cards, because I don't have more cards, and the helpful answer from the agent you may wonder? Isn't there any other card you can try ... It sounds like a joke, but I wish it was. After 1 hour of being told to try another card non-stop, I asked to talk to a supervisor, not knowing that the supervisor is way worse than the agent. The first thing the supervisor said was (the bank authorized the payment and your account is working now), I checked my account and found that they activated the 7 day trial :) When I confronted them with that, the supervisor said (yes, you can try another card during the 7 days trial period), trying not to believe that they are serious, I asked for a phone call, because maybe mentioning that I tried 6 cards weren't enough, and that I contacted literally all the banks and was told that payments work fine, and trying to purchase something for triple the price from another website weren't clear enough in the chat. I was promised to be contacted via a phone call within 10-15 minutes, and here we are after 4 days waiting for the phone call. I tried to contact support again, and they literally ended the chart while I was writing. I was told (we have a technical outage, and cannot see the chat history), I said (I was promised a phone call, did you have an outage for 4 days?), the answer was (have a good day, bye) :)



Update: I contacted the Twitter account based on the advise of Adobe in the comment, the first thing they said after mentioning that I tried 9 cards from 7 banks was to contact the bank :)
Second thing! They told me that the account is blocked, after I mentioned that I have created 3 different accounts. I asked them, which one of my accounts is blocked and why! The answer was literally (I don't know).

I contacted the support of MENA because I cannot reach the support of Europe BECAUSE THERE IS NO SUPPORT FOR EU REGION. Had one of the worst experiences I have ever had, it took them 30 minutes just to understand my issue. I was told that I can't use the service after I paid for a whole year of subscription.
Obviously Disney has never heard of "traveling" before because I am being told that if I subscribe from Turkey then I can't use the service in another country, no wonder the app has 2.2 stars on Google Play Store, even 2.2 is too much.
