Worst customer service I have had in years. I contacted them 3 times and each time they manage to top themselves somehow, impressive (in an awful way). I contacted them to make a payment, because I get an error everytime, they told me to try another card. I contacted all my friends and family that have a card, and managed to try 8 different cards issued by 6 different banks, from 2 different countries, and still the issue persisted. I contacted them again, only to be told to try another card, after I clearly mentioned that I tried 6 cards (at the time of the chat). I told the agent that the next step would be that I go outside and ask random people for their cards, because I don't have more cards, and the helpful answer from the agent you may wonder? Isn't there any other card you can try ... It sounds like a joke, but I wish it was. After 1 hour of being told to try another card non-stop, I asked to talk to a supervisor, not knowing that the supervisor is way worse than the agent. The first thing the supervisor said was (the bank authorized the payment and your account is working now), I checked my account and found that they activated the 7 day trial :) When I confronted them with that, the supervisor said (yes, you can try another card during the 7 days trial period), trying not to believe that they are serious, I asked for a phone call, because maybe mentioning that I tried 6 cards weren't enough, and that I contacted literally all the banks and was told that payments work fine, and trying to purchase something for triple the price from another website weren't clear enough in the chat. I was promised to be contacted via a phone call within 10-15 minutes, and here we are after 4 days waiting for the phone call. I tried to contact support again, and they literally ended the chart while I was writing. I was told (we have a technical outage, and cannot see the chat history), I said (I was promised a phone call, did you have an outage for 4 days?), the answer was (have a good day, bye) :)
Update: I contacted the Twitter account based on the advise of Adobe in the comment, the first thing they said after mentioning that I tried 9 cards from 7 banks was to contact the bank :)
Second thing! They told me that the account is blocked, after I mentioned that I have created 3 different accounts. I asked them, which one of my accounts is blocked and why! The answer was literally (I don't know).
