Been using deriv then I decided to take a break, after coming back, deposited via p2p and made small profit.. Time to withdraw am told I cant use p2p that I must withdraw using visa same as I used to deposit a certain amount long time ago.. Remember this issue was solved long time ago..talked to support all of them insist I have to withdraw with visa or wait 180 days. Infact in my statements last 5 deposits and last 5 withdrawals non of them is Visa..since I can't do anything with the funds.. Decided to trade again and lost, its such an inconvenience. If I can only use visa all of a sudden why allow me to deposit with p2p?
