Terrible Customer Service - Verify EVERYTHING

Terrible Customer Service. My husband's doctor referred him to SimonMed for a lumbar MRI and a "sitting" brain MRI (both with and without contrast). We called to schedule the appointment. The scheduler took all of the information we provided and scheduled for 03/10 for the Centennial Hills location. He confirmed everything and said their was be no copay. I asked him to please verify that. He put us on hold for some time and came back and said he confirmed no copay (We had provided insurance information).

Issue one: A couple of days before the appointment, we get notified that there is, in fact, a $1000+ copay.

Issue two: The day before the appointment, My husband as a missed call from SimonMed asking to call them back. He works graveyard, so by the time he woke called them (around 4:30pm), they were closed.
On 03/10, while on the way to his appointment, he got a call from SimonMed saying they just noticed that the doctors notes called for a "sitting" MRI of the brain and that they did not have a machine at Centennial Hills that could perform it. There is only one machine like that and it is at their Craig Rd location. They need to reschedule him. THE FIRST AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT THERE IS 03/31. Seven days AFTER his follow up appoint with the doctor to review the results of these scans. No offer to try to squeeze him in earlier because it was THEIR ERROR. My husband has been living with pain because of possible complications from a spine surgery in October of 2025. These scans are to help get to the bottom of it and now he is being forced to live another month in pain with no possible answers.
