Initially, they sent fake bot traffic, which cost me over $500. When I decided to permanently close my account, they did not even inquire about my reasons, seemingly aware of their misconduct. A month later, they charged my card $55 without any justification. I intend to dispute this charge to recover my funds. Their practices are deceitful and unethical. I will seek legal advice to take appropriate action against Outbrain and ensure they are held accountable.
