1-grid is a top-notch hosting provider with great prices and fast support when you need it. I have been using them since the beginning of May 2018 and will not move anywhere else. Highly recommended for domains and hosting.

Terrible service and zero accountability!

The 1-Grid team have countlessly dropped the ball, with slack service, no accountability, and what seems to be a lack of leadership.

When compared to other ISP's, 1-Grid is mediocre and just not at the level for companies looking to partner with an ISP that will add value to their company's processes.

I have to hound them for answers to a problem that was logged over 2 weeks ago.

Terrible!

Good services but the live chat isn't active.

After many days of trying to get help (support) on my email account which had frozen with no updates, I called billing to check my account and all was up to date. I explained to the lady that I could not gt through to the help line, she put me through and I got Richard on the line. He sorted out the problem with courtesy, understanding, excellent knowledge of what he was to do and was a perfect service host.
