I highly recommend 101 Pet Express for your pet travel needs, they provide a 5 star service. They moved me and my dog from Paris to the UK through the Eurotunnel, after a long overnight flight. A great service from Josh meeting us straight off the plane and being transferred to his vehicle which is immaculate, modern and safe. My dog had previously only ever spent 30 minutes in a car and hated it but the whole journey with Josh was stress free and enjoyable. My dog was calm and happy. The company are great to communicate with and are very responsive to messages. Thank you again for making the journey so smooth and easy for us.

The service they provided moving our Golden Retriever to Spain absolutely blasted my expectations out of the water. Simply put, a fantastic experience. What an absolutely brilliant, kind, caring team at 101 pet express. Josh agreed to work on his day off to help us bring our rescue up to Scotland. She was anxious and timid but his compassion and genuine love of animals shone through and by the time they arrived she was clearly extremely fond of and trusting of him. He was so lovely, putting her ease and comfort first, making sure she was settled with us before he left. They really take care of pets, not just transport them. Thank you Josh & family

Our 18 year old cat needed transport to South East Spain as we were emigrating. We researched plane, road, train and ferry. The least stressful travel option was road and eurotunnel. Too many people and more than one company would have been involved with the other travel options. The moment I spoke with Amanda, a year before Cindy's journey, I knew 101 Pet Express was perfect. The business prides itself on ensuring all pets are looked after as if one of their own. Needs and preferences are tailored to each furry passenger.
We were so worried about Cindy as she has never travelled further than half an hour and this would be a 2 night and 3 day journey.
Josh was driving her and a live What's app tracker was set up between us, Amanda and Josh a couple of days before travel. Amanda had a list of Cindy's likes/dislikes and items to be taken in the van when collecting her from the cattery. We needed some essential cat items to arrive with her and she had a small suitcase and a few bags which Josh was happy to bring. Cindy was on a one to one service with Josh and had his undivided attention which suited us perfectly. The cattery owner messaged me after Josh had left with Cindy to say how impressed she was with the company. She said the compartment was cosy and had room for her bed, carrier, litter tray and water. Josh sent us regular updates, videos and photos along the way which put our minds at rest knowing she was being cared for so well. Cindy really took to him and looked more and more relaxed in each photo and video he shared with us.
When they finally arrived to our new home we were so emotional. Josh took the time to stay with us a while to tell us about their journey in more detail and share other experiences he's had helping reunite pets and owners.

I have recommended to members of FB forums to contact 101 Pet Express when the question was asked on how to bring their beloved pet to Spain for the UK and now that I have had the full experience from the first call to Amanda from the UK to then meeting Josh in Spain I will be their biggest advocate.

We couldn't have asked for more from 101 Pet Express, a second to none service we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone considering this kind of pet transport service. Professional, caring and compassionate they really saved us when we found ourselves in a situation where we had to get our dog back to the UK from Spain having driven to Spain for hol, but needing to find a different way to get us all home following a car breakdown. From first contact, they were so helpful and friendly, answering lots of questions and really alleviated a lot of our anxieties. When pick up day arrived Josh took time to put our dog at ease and she took to him straight away, which again helped us! The communication throughout the journey was regular and informative and it was so nice to be able to see the journey's progress, it looked like our dog was having a lovely time being treated like royalty throughout! We highly recommend 101 Pet Express for your pets travel needs.From the first point of contact they were super helpful, kept us updated about travel dates and helped our vet in the UK with the health cert as he hadn't done one before. Luna, our 3yr old cocker spaniel, was given 5star treatment from Josh on her journey from the North East of England to Mijas Pueblo in Spain. He sent us regular updates which was a huge comfort. Luna arrived in tip top condition ready to start her new life with us in Spain. We can't thank them enough for the care and attention they gave to our precious little pooch!

What a fantastic experience we had with Josh, Amanda and John! We were moving after 6 years with our two dogs and stress levels were high so it was great to be given the right advice and support. The dogs had travelled 14 hours prior to meeting Josh and John at Amsterdam airport. We could track them throughout the journey but they kept us informed at every step. When the dogs arrived Josh stayed to speak to my parents whilst we were still in the airport at Newcastle - which he didn’t have to do! The dogs had the best experience - supportive and kind at all times and Amanda was great with admin, advice and support at every step - before and after the journey and always went above and beyond to ensure everything was right and above board. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who is concerned about putting their animals in the right hands - you’ve nothing to worry about with this company.

This company provide a 5 star service, they transported a dog for us from. Spain to the UK, they sent regular updates, videos and photos, they were so accommadating, our dog was treated like a Princess. I can't praise then highly enough, from the staff that deal with yge bookings to the drivers, all very helpful and Friendly.

Josh accompanied my beautiful rescue dog Holly from Portugal to my home in Surbiton . I was kept constantly updated on their journey by him and John and they sent regular photos and videos
When Holly arrived it was plain to see that she had bonded with them

101 Pet Express provided an excellent door to door service for our charity Greyhounds in Need. They went above and beyond to help us transport one of our galgos from Scotland to Buckinghamshire at very short notice. We were updated regularly with messages and photo’s throughout the long journey and you could not fault their care and compassion.
It was a pleasure to deal with John, Josh and Amanda who were very professional, punctual and understanding. I would definitely recommend them.

Great company, bent over backwards to help get my dog to Wales while I am going into hospital, really nice people and having used other companies in the past this far exceeds expectation so far. Collecting dog on Saturday and she will travel on her own which is great.
