What a wonderful business. I made an enquiry about transporting my two rabbits from Grimsby to Liverpool. The quote I received promptly was great value for money considering it was saving me 6 hour round trip. They went out of their way to ensure the rabbits were cared for and safe on their journey.
They are professional, caring and the communication is excellent. You can even track the journey!

We just used 101 Pet Express to transport our puppy Tibetan spaniel all the way from Somerset to the midlands and it was a fantastic service. Amanda was super lovely and she spent half an hour chatting to me on the phone where she completely put my mind at ease. Josh was amazing and he really looked after our little pup and what was nice was that we got to track him all the way home! I would highly recommend as they are very professional and such lovely people. I will definitely use again sometime soon when we want to get a kitten! Thanks ever so much guys :)

Josh picked our white German shepherd Vada up from Newcastle to take her to her residential training in Nottinghamshire. We were a little apprehensive but we needn’t have been because Josh was so lovely and kept us updated with photos and live tracking of the journey and then photos of her arriving and being settled in. Thank you so much for looking after our gorgeous girl. We highly recommend this service.

Josh was lovely, polite, kind and patient and made us feel at ease and confident - trusting him with our 2 scaredy cats! This service definitely takes the hassle out of moving pets.

101 Pet Express Helped us get our little dog from Brussels to Manchester UK. All the way the way through a very nice experience with a very nice driver Josh taking care of our dog. We would highly recommend to everyone moving to the UK and would def use in the future again :)

Really great experience. The team set up a what app channel and kept me posted about their progress the whole way. They were also a big help with telling me exactly what paperwork and vaccines I needed in order to bring Alfie back to the UK.

What can I say apart from "It was perfect!" Illness hit the house and I asked for our new pup to be collected from Blackpool and delivered to Kent. The vehicle was spotless, environmentally controlled and our driver Josh was so kind. He communicated the whole journey, providing updates and he checked on him often.

This is a family run business and you can really tell! It’s not just a really efficient and well-run service, they actually really care, both about doing a good job and the pets themselves. My Mum’s dog, Bonnie, having recently lost my Mum and years before my Dad, was really down and anxious and now on top of everything had to travel from Italy to the UK. I was really worried also because she has a health condition and requires medication multiple times a day. Josh listened carefully and made sure to plan his stops around the dog’s medication schedule. He sent us multiple updates in a whatsapp group along with some really sweet photos of Bonnie looking happy and well! And when she finally arrived you could really tell how much she grew to love him already. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thanks 101 Pet Express

We have a Bichon Frese who has a lot of anxieties and we were really worried about her travelling from the UK to Spain.
We had absolutely no need to have had any concerns at all!
We could track her journey and we were sent photos of her at various stages in her travels. (Our favourite photo of her was taken going through the euro tunnel!)
Millie arrived in Spain happy and relaxed.

My dog Salsa travelled last week with 101 from the UK to Spain. Since minute one I knew Salsa would be in great hands even though she is a bit nervous she seemed very confident with Josh. They kept me updated through the whole road trip of 2 days, sending me even pictures plus I was able to track their location. Salsa seemed very relaxed when I met her at the end of the trip and already loving the drivers😊 I 100% would reccomended them! Thank you team!

We feel so lucky to have found 101 Pet Express. Our two dogs were flying without us from Seattle to Heathrow, and then needed to be transported up to Edinburgh. We were going slightly crazy trying to figure out how to manage all of the logistics on our own as new UK residents. Luckily, we reached out to John and Amanda and they were so incredibly professional, organized, communicative, and compassionate. It was such a huge help to have people on our team who were familiar with the pet reception process at Heathrow, and I can't say enough good things about John and Amanda's communication and care for our dogs. I recommend them without reservation. They are absolutely fantastic. P.S. We priced out the same service with two other companies and they were also the least expensive!

A fabulous company who are willing to give 💯. From beginning to end communication was prompt and no question was left unanswered . I could see Nellie’s ( a min wire hair dachshund) journey every inch of the way from Notts to Aberdeenshire. Josh was superb and had developed a good rapport with Nellie and sent text messages about her welfare along the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending 101 Pet Exoress to anyone wanting to transport their pet from A to B. Van well ventilated and very clean. A great team. Huge thanks Amanda and Josh. A+++++

I had contacted two other companies but was not quite happy with their responses. After all, you are transporting your most precious pet and you want a more personal service. But when I spoke to Amanda I realised she was both experienced and knowledgable and I felt confident to proceed with the transport of my puppy from France to UK. My own plans had changed so I was very nervous about using a pet courier for the first time, but a friend reccommended 101.
And it got better: I was impressed. First class service all the way - live tracker, photos, videos and regular updates and at the end a very relaxed pup! Josh is so kind and just wonderful with dogs. You could see my pup liked him. I can recommend them wholeheartedly and would certainly use them again. Top Notch!
