101 Pet Express brought our cat up to Scotland from Peterborough. He arrived totally relaxed and stress free. The driver was a charming chap who kept in touch every step of the way and even had a live tracker on the van's progress. The company is very helpful,friendly and efficient.We highly recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant service and excellent communication throughout, from the first email all the way through till after we’d got our puppy home. 101Pet Express picked up my rescue dog in Liege and brought him to the uk, they updated us regularly with messages and photos which was great, they had a few issues at the port beyond their control but we were kept updated and reassured about our dog. We were the last drop of a very long day for them and it was clear to see the great care they had taken with the dogs on this journey as my dog was comfortable with them. The photo/video of the first meeting is also a lovely keepsake. Would highly recommend them. Dante is loving his new life, thank you for taking such good care of him .

Amazing service, getting our rescue puppy from Liege to the UK. Communication was constant throughout with plenty of videos and photos and this was one difficult journey due to flight delays and ferry strikes. Would highly recommend for any pet transportation needs.

101 Pet Express recently transported our rescue dog from Liege to Nottingham. They encountered a range of difficulties with ferries, trains and delayed planes but they maintained professionalism, calmly dealing with obstacles and kept us updated throughout. Communication was excellent with photos, locations and timings provided. The vehicle was well equipped and comfortable for the long journey. This company went above and beyond for our precious dog and we cannot thank them enough.

Pet Express provided an excellent door to door service for me and my dog twice in the past month. Clearly a family of animal lovers, they kept me posted via location services, messages, and photos which provided peace of mind. The transport van and kennels were immaculate, ventilated and equipped with cameras. I can highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again...

Brought our teen cat, Eddie over from around Valencia to London using 101 Pets Express. Found them after searching online, one of the few I could find solid reviews for and also one of the only door to door service I found within our budget, most others required us to pick up from a site, although they were cheaper we decided to go with 101 since it meant not having to take time off work to collect and a little less stressful for the cat too. Excellent communication with us from booking process to delivery. Helped us make sure we had all the required documents to cross over the border, which was very helpful because it was the first time doing it and we didn't know anyone who had done this since Brexit. Took great care and monitored our little one giving us updates and tracking info for his trip. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Thank you 101 Pet Express for delivering my exquisite Bengal kitten safely. Brilliant & friendly customer service. The entire process made me feel confident and relaxed that my kitten was in the safest of hands.

Amanda was so responsive and helpful when booking our naughty 3yr old beagle on his journey. She kept us informed consistently up to date of pick up and then Josh communicated to through WhatsApp. Josh has a very calm nature which is great because I was quiet nervous! It was the first time we had used the service and with Alby behaviour I was worried but I needn’t had because Josh put me at ease. The van is so clean and well equipped and safe, Alby was very happy to jump in! Josh kept us informed once he had been dropped off and picked up. The tracking service is just brilliant. The communication was fantastic, everything showed that this team cared about my cats and wanted to make the journey as smooth as possible for them. We were moving over 300 miles over 3 days, and 101 Petexpress made everything so much easier. Our 3 cats arrived safe and sound and exactly when promised. Communication went very well throughout the whole process. Staffs are super helpful and patient with our furry babies. Vehicle is perfectly equipped and suits all animals needs. We been kept updated through the whole journey till our dogs arrived home on time. We even received messages asking how they doing the next day! Couldn’t feel more touched by their services. Amanda, John and Josh are amazing. Our dog is a rescue and extremely nervous especially around men. When John arrived he helped keep the whole situation as calm as possible so as not to stress our dog anymore. It was a long journey and half they swapped drivers and Josh's handling was just as exceptional. Throughout the whole process and journey we had a WhatsApp group to track the journey and have updates from each driver to let us know everything was going well.
I would not hesitate to recommend 101petexpress they are the epitome of professional.
