My rescued dog had already had a very long journey from Crete. After recovering overnight with friends in London I was concerned that she had to travel another six hours to my home in Cumbria. I need not have worried. This company looked after her with professional, friendly and efficient care. Spotless, well equipped van and regular updates throughout the journey. My dog arrived calm and happy. I thoroughly recommend 101Pet Express

This company transported my neighbour's cat to the UK from Spain. I arranged it on his behalf as I reside in Spain, he is now in England.

There are no words to express my sincere thanks to this company. They kept me, and my friend in the UK up-to-date throughout the complete trip. We received photos, messages, and we had access to tracking the journey. They were very professional in every way feasible, and their van is remarkably comfortable for any pet to travel in. There was sufficient space for each animal with no overcrowding for the pets. Their van is designed to a high standard where the animal's welfare is priority.

After being let down from four English companies in Spain, we stuck gold with 101. I had a lot of questions and sent a lot of texts, all were answered which put my mind at ease. Nothing was too much trouble.

They are a superb company and very compassionate, and professional about what they do.

I have no hesitations in recommending this company, they are brilliant.

We recently used 101 Pet Express to transport our dog from Kent to Alicante. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience we had and also the experience our dog Paddy had. He arrived in Spain extremely calm and happy and had obviously bonded with the driver who brought him over and took great care of him in the 48 hours they were together. I received regular pictures and updates throughout the journey and could also track where they were whilst on route. I can’t recommend 101 Pet Express enough - they’ve given an outstanding service and helped our dog become settled into his new life in Spain very easily.

When I say this was a first class service, I mean exceptional. From the moment our boy Will was picked up from Crawley, we were sent pictures of him. We were then able to track Will’s journey all the way to our front door. Josh was amazing and came in and stayed for at least half an hour to make sure Will had settled in. We had a message the following day asking how he was doing. I would highly recommend 101 Pet Express and would definitely use them again. Communication was spot on, kept us posted on the delays at Heathrow and then on progress. Van was spotless and tidy and my dog wagged her tail when Josh lifted her out. Clearly a very kind, caring pet transport, wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again. Thank you!

Absolutely first class service. Amanda helped with every step of the way including checking the admin done by the vet for the passport (Don’t assume the vets know what they are doing with travel documents!). She was fabulous. They collected our lovely puppy and delivered her to her new home with a friend in the UK. Our first rehoming as a new charity. The van was set up perfectly. Purpose built to a very high standard and very safe and practical. The whole journey was tracked so we could see at any time where our dog was. We had also had constant updates and pictures. When we left Bella she looked nervous and unsure as is to be expected. Within a few hours she was playing in the van and having cuddles and looked like a totally different dog. Really really excellent service. You can see the two of them adore animals and it shows. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. If your dog is your family, this is the company to use. Thank you. We will be forever grateful.

We were delighted with 101 pet express, booking was easy & accommodating, they picked up our anxious spaniel from London and took him to Nottingham and we could track the entire journey! They sent us updates and let us know once Louis had arrived safely at his destination. We’d definitely use this service again.

What a great team. Messaged Amanda on Friday and on Saturday our dog was already in a van travelling from Portugal to Nottingham. Had bad experience with other pet transport companies and I nearly gave up. They are really professional and helpful. They will contact you during the travel sending photos and all updates. If you ever thinking about letting your pet to travel with someone , this is the company you should trust. I just want to say a big thank you to Amanda and her team for making our experience so amazing and helping us to have our Luna with us in UK.
