thanks to Amanda and Josh for transporting my new spanish galgo (and 3 others) to the north east. The transfer from the Spanish transporter went without hitch and we were informed constantly of how the dogs were travelling. Fantastic communication. My dog and the other 3 that were also travelling arrived safe and happy. Fantastic service

Amanda and Josh gave great service with regular updates and took wonderful care with my dog travelling from Spain.

What a fantastic service, I am highly impressed 🤗 Amanda was great from my initial queries, explaining how they operate and the value add, the end to end process and she was very accommodating with our preferred dates ensuring we got the best deal.

Communication was excellent throughout and I could not have asked for more.
John arrived on time, paperwork completed and signed.

The van was superb !! This is one of the reasons I chose 101 express. Huge and comfortable cages, my 46 kg Belgium Swiss could stand up in his cage.
My cats could climb the cages when they wanted to amuse themselves.
Spacious, secure & comfortable with water bowls. The cats had litter trays. Lighting & air conditioning & extra room in the van to load dog beds, their food etc.

The attention to detail was superb throughout, from paperwork, arrival at both ends, loading of the animals & their care during the journey.

During the journey, the dogs got a few stretches and I was sent pictures.
At the tunnel port, I was kept updated when they cleared the paperwork, were waiting to get on the train & arrival in the UK.

We needed a second van as max 5 animals were allowed per vehicle.
Josh met John at the port and then they re- grouped all the animals after the tunnel crossing and Josh drove the van to our house in the UK.

The live tracker was excellent, you get all excited the closer they get.

My animals were happy and content.
My husband & son were excited to receive them in the UK.

Happy animals = Happy humans

101 Pet Express, have been the most punctual, easy to deal with companies I have ever dealt with! They made the process super simple from start to finish from Gibraltar to Doncaster and even when I had a small bit of panic the night before they ensured me all would be ok to get our Brucey home! Updated the whole way home made me feel more comfortable that our dog was in amazing hands.. I truly believe anyone looking to transport their puppers or pets home should only go this way. Josh is just brilliant with the dogs in transit. He cares for them like they are his own. When we picked our little dog up she was very calm and I'm sure most of that was due to the gentle care she'd had en route. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I cannot thank the team enough. They were very helpful in sorting out the mine field that is bureaucracy. They were very informative during the whole process and took the stress out of the whole experience. They kept me updated during the day whilst journeying across Europe. Will strongly recommend them to breeder friends 👍. We'll done guys 😊

Moving house is never easy but moving countries is a major undertaking. Amanda and John collected, transported, and delivered our 4 needy rescue animals from our home in Southern Spain to Somerset with incredible love and care. An epic journey lasting 2 nights and 3 days, in a luxury air conditioned van, our 2 dogs and 2 cats received 5star treatment throughout. Photos and videos sent en route put our minds at ease and we are now all finally settling into our new home. We cannot praise 101pet express highly enough. Thank you.

Very pleased with this service. I used them from Scotland to Cheshire. Very helpful and empathic in difficult circumstances. Quick to offer a convenient date and friendly and efficient communication at all stages. Very reasonable cost in comparison with competitors once one factors in fuel and overnight for DIY. Crucially your pet travels in welfare supervised space and comfort rather than confined to a box. In my case the team were horrendously and blamelessly caught in a motorway holdup which would have been a nightmare on my own. They handled it with calm and professionalism and exemplary messaging. Cat was safely delivered late but safe and without stress. Highly recommended.

John and Amanda moved our two cats from Leicestershire all the way to Scotland, they kept in contact with us through out, giving us updates on how they were handling the journey, and also had a live tracker to see the progress, very friendly and caring people, my cats had a smooth journey with them and settled right in to their new home. Would recommend 101 pet express to anyone. Fantastic service, really put us at ease.

Josh carefully, safely, and affectionately transported our Mauritian stray dog, Prince, from Heathrow to County Durham. As Prince is of very timid nature and rather stressed by the flight, Josh spent time earning his trust to get him into our home. The transport vehicle was immaculate. Pricing was extremely fair. We had Josh and his team assist us from the West Midlands to York and they were absolutely fantastic. The pets arrived safely, and well looked after!
We had to rearrange the pick up and drop off times due to issues OUR end and they were happy to work around us, including waiting for us at their own inconvenience.
