We recently adopted our rescue pup, Ludo, from Cyprus, along with his 6 siblings. Josh & Sam of 101 took care of the courier service to their final destination. I was very reassured by the quality of their setup. Regular updates, timeframes and contact with us, interior lighting and regular wellbeing stops for their precious cargo. When we arrived Josh & Sam were friendly and professional and everything went very smoothly. They were great with the dogs. You can tell they really care about what they do and to me that was the most important thing. Thank you!

Myself and my partner recently adopted our rescue puppy Oscar from Cyprus, when the 2 men from 101 pet express got to us, the were very friendly and welcoming and made the whole experience very easy. Would highly recommend!

Team 101 pet express, delivers an amazing, professional service second to none. From start, during and handover was exceptionally smooth. Josh comunicated throughout the journey, obviously the pups were well monitored throughout as Josh informed me on how they each had travelled. The puppies arrived clean, happy and were bowling around care free within minutes of arrival. For sad personal reasons this was a difficult day for me. I messaged on the group chat set up for is to liase and live track the puppies journey explaining my situation, 101 team were sympathetic and reasurring, i left the journey for my puppies in their capable hands. 101 Pet express offers an outstanding pet delivery service, i would highly recommend and will certainly use again..... Josh from 101 Pet Express messaged all of us who were waiting for our dogs, on the morning they arrived at Heathrow, and we were constantly kept up to date on what stage of the process they were at. We were the last drop and Josh had stopped and given our dog treats and soothed him as he was anxious. After helping carry him into the house, Josh stayed chatting for a while, telling us about our dogs journey. He was really friendly and professional and I cannot rate their service highly enough. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to transport their pets and would definitely use again if needed.

I have just moved from the UK to the north of Italy. Amanda, Josh and John transported my pets all the way to here. I had regular updates and pictures of my pets along the way and sharing the hotel room with John. And I could track their progress all the time. Everything was smooth and worry-free. I cannot thank Amanda and John enough for their care and patience and the love they gave my pets. A brilliant experience!!

After finding this company online i contacted them through email and they responded that very same day which can be a rarity with alot of companies so that was a great start with the customer service, i asked about what facilities they had to cater for what i needed and they sent me both photos and a description which was brilliant because i knew exactly how they would travel.

Their costs are unbelievably good compared to other horrible basic van transportation companies out there that don't seem to have any air conditioning or water bowls which for me is a big red flag.

They had both contacts for myself and the breeder so they could set up a group page on WhatsApp where they could keep us both updated with arrivals, photos, location along their route which i thought was a great idea for the breeder to see they have arrived safely and for me to see they are on their way.

I honestly dont have anything negative to say really other than its such a shame i had to go through 11 pages to find them instead of them being easier to find.

They are both lovely and even had the heart to check in to see how their first night had been.

Took a puppy to Scotland for me, fantastic service, kept in touch whole journey, van was clean and warm, they where friendly and professional, excellent firm, would thoroughly rec commend them

We're a small family vet practice in the Highlands of Scotland, and we were simply blown away by the quality of the service we received. A family feel, yet with all the benefits of modern technology and state-of-the-art vans. In essence our new puppy had a luxury guided tour of the North of England and the whole of Scotland. The care and attention they paid to her along the way was simply exemplary, all with photos and a live tracking system. The epitome of what high quality animal transport should be.

101 brought my dog Tilly back from Spain to the UK. The quality of the service and the care they delivered was more than I expected. Regular updates and pictures of Tilly together with a tracker for the journey made it a worry free few days. Tilly arrived back in great shape and full of energy. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at 101 to anybody, your pets would be in great hands.

Amazing experience with 101 Pet Express!

We used their service to transport our dog Apolo from Portugal to his new home in the UK. They helped us get all the paperwork in order, even when we had an issue with Apolo's passport.
Apolo is a rescue dog that is very frightened of people and other dogs - how they handled him was fantastic. Apolo soon made friends with Josh and enjoyed his trip. Very attentive to his condition and stress levels. The van conditions were excellent and the 101 Pet Express team's constant updates about their schedule (with live updates and photos) was all that we needed in such a long journey.

Apolo arrived in great shape and good energy! Highly recommend.

I am so glad we went with 101 pet express To Transport our large breed rescue dog to Spain from the Uk.
The contact from the onset was fantastic and they helped me with confirming I had sorted the correct paperwork.
The driver John was amazing and our dog took to him straightaway. We were kept updated the entire trip with live pin locations, messages and photos.
They stayed in pet friendly hotels for the nights they stopped which was just amazing!!
I would absolutely High recommend them if you want to sleep easy knowing your Pet is receiving the absolute best care and being looked after. Thank you so much !
