10 Minute Accounts Avis 

I would like to have and option of bulk edit of invoices or download rather than one by one which is time consuming.

So far so good.
Exemplary Customer service. Insightful, helpful and considerate are among some of the words I could use to describe the customer service!

Excellent, easy to grasp, fast response to any queries messaged

Very easy to setup, use and integrate with eBay/PayPal banks etc keeps track of all sales and expenses a great feature is the automatically emailed invoices saves so much time.

Super reasonable pricing structure as well and support is great.

I love how it syncs with PayPal and how much info it makes available from those sales and expenses. I do wish I could sync with my Canadian and US bank accounts. If it did that it would be perfect. Having to wrangle that info in is really a pain.

Works ok, but not very intuitive, instructions are very skimpy for beginners. Questions answered are usually answered helpfully before too long.

Great user friendly platform with reliable customer service. Highly recommended!

Having problems putting numbers in on my vat return cant type anything in any ideas

5/5 from me. A great easy to use piece of software. I've been using it for nearly 3 years and it works a treat. Melissa at customer support is also absolutely brilliant, quick response, knowledgable and always keen to resolve any issues (and deserves a mention). I wouldn't look elsewhere as 10 Minute Accounts has never let me down.

after trying to use two other account packages that were offering more than I required to submit my vat returns I found 10 minute Accounts very easy to use. Glad I found them.

Limited features means, I cancelled my subscription almost immediately.
May be Okay for self employed sending invoices for services,
but no ability to create lists of sales items or parts made it impossible to continue with.
Three days awaiting a reply to an email, is not good enough either.
BACK TO QUICKBOOKS!

The help and support I had so far is second to none, Melissa Perry from the customer support team was great very patient and answered all my queries with supporting links and full information.So far so good what a great company.

I needed to change my accounting method to comply with HMRC MTD initiative.My accountant recommended 10 minute accounts and I have found it very easy to set up and use. My 2 emails to support have been answered promptly with clarity. So far I have trialed the free version but will upgrade to the subscription option. After a bit of panic and fear over MTD I am now glad I switched to 10 Minute Accounts.

Fantastic software, does everything it says it will do. All the info that you need is there, easy to navigate and to add info too. I've had a few Ebay users contact me about 10 Minute Accounts and have recommended it every time. Excellent support provided as well. I wouldn't use anything else
