If you are looking for real expertise this is the only place on Harley Street.
I got in touch with the clinic to see if there was anything that could be done for a mild skin condition.
From the quick response I received to my enquiry from Tali on the phone, through to the pre-assessment by Amy through to the ultimate procedure that was performed by Mr Ezra. All I found were well trained and qualified nurses consultants and staff and the General Manager Anca was something else - her professionalism, attention to detail and care shows where this excellence comes from.
After my procedure I came back for a Hydrafacial treatment from Amy that just made me feel great and glow ready for a good night out.

Excellent all round service
Both Amy and Amber on reception have been very helpful and were prompt at replying to me and made sure all my questions got answered via email and phone.
On the day of the surgery I was welcomed by the friendly staff and Jorge Leon-Villapalos and his team of nurses reassured me and relaxed me and gave me a lot of support and made me feel comfortable and confidant that I was in good hands and they took very good care of me.

If I could put a Zero Star I would
If I could put a Zero Star I would. They have not only made my scar bigger but it has more of a "depressed" look than before. It's been almost 4 full months since my 'depressed' scar revision and the results don't look good. It was done by one of their dermatologists not their plastic surgeons. I'm very unhappy since it's on my face. I should have been seen by a plastic surgeon. Do not go near this clinic. These people are bad news. Now I have to spend way more money trying to fix their mistake. Dr Al-Niaimi was the name of the doctor who did it. And I bet they don't even reply to their good OR bad reviews. This is no joke. Just to add if you look up the doctor mentioned above, he is not specialised or even qualified to carry out "Surgical Scar Revision". This has now become a clear cut case of Medical Negligence.

Whilst we are unable to comment on any specifics of your case we would like to clarify some of the misleading and false statements in your review.
The London Scar Clinic is a unique multidisciplinary environment for the management of scarring, with a wide international referral base. There are no comparable clinics comprising of leading specialists in their fields including plastic surgeons, dermatologists, laser, tattoo experts, hair restoration specialists, oculoplastic, ENT surgeons as well as psychologists ensuring that patients are offered the best treatments from a wide range of potential specialties, representing the gold standard in patient care. All cases are discussed in a multidisciplinary setting.
We have already communicated to you to explaining the role of different specialities in the management of scarring and would be happy to do so again. We have emphasised that, depending on the clinical issues, it is often more appropriate for dermatology specialists to manage acne scarring than plastic surgeons. The management of facial scarring is an extremely difficult clinical problem and all patients are informed that treatments are not always effective.
The London Scar Clinic works hard to ensure that all patients are treated to the highest standards with care and compassion which and we have already been in touch with you to arrange further opinions to ensure that we have explored all avenues for you.
