Mr. Tillo took time to discuss all aspects of my procedure, explaining carefully my options and the possible outcomes. His professionalism, vast experience and patience has reassured me that he and The Cadogan are definitely the right option for me.
Add to that the earlier communication from my patient advisor and the nursing staff on the day all smoothed the way for a stress free visit.

A wonderful experience
I had a Brazilian abdominoplasty undertaken by Mr William Van Niekerk. From the initial consultation, all the clinic staff and the surgeon have been outstanding. Mr Van Niekerk was a wonderful mix of reassuring and honest, with a twinkle of humour thrown in. He put me entirely at my ease, despite crippling self-consciousness about my stretch marks and apron belly. The surgery itself went smoothly without any surprises thanks to the thorough preparation I received. Recovery has been straightforward.
The follow up with Rachel, a wonderful, positive and informative nurse was of an equally high standard. She gave me the confidence to look properly at myself. Despite the swelling - to be expected and prepared for - I was genuinely moved by the result. Transformational. And an end to a 30 year discomfort in my own skin.
Thank you to everyone at the Cadogan for making this major undertaking such a great experience. I cannot recommend enough.

Serious lack of care
I booked in mid 2025 to have plastic surgery March 2026. The surgeon was Tim Janssen. At both pre-op consultations and in all the medical forms, I declared a blood disorder that needs careful handling in surgery. I also passed on details of my haematologist. I require blood thinners to avoid having a stroke but this can bring the risk of excessive bleeding during surgery. In the consultation just a few weeks before the surgery date, Mr Janssen advised that I should not stop taking the aspirin for this operation. This struck me as odd since in previous surgeries (hip, back), I was advised to stop aspirin and move to heparin several days before surgery. Three days before the surgery date,I received an email advising me that the anaesthetist wanted me to stop taking aspirin 10 days before the operation. Clearly there wasn't time to do this and no replacement blood thinner was suggested. If I don't take a blood thinner I can have a stroke in as little as 3 days. Because I have a lot of experience of my condition, I was able to challenge this advice. Someone with less experience would have been put in a life-threatening position. After my challenge, the surgery was cancelled and I was offered an alternative, later date which I declined. No-one had reached out to my haematologist and it is clear to me that no team meeting about my surgery had taken place, hence the conflicting instructions between surgeon and anaesthetist. To add insult to injury, when I requested a full refund, I was told the operation was cancelled to protect my care (it was cancelled because they did not do due diligence and care pre-op) and that my refund was a "gesture of goodwill". Do not use this clinic. They only care about the money.

Tim Churchill did a very good job of unpicking a somewhat complex prior dermatological history and navigating his way past my only-half-understood-Dr. Google-sourced medical knowledge to arrive at a plausible-sounding diagnosis. On to the treatment now - fingers crossed!

What a fantastic experience
I visited the clinic back in October 25 after speaking with Katrina, a patient care advisor, on the phone. She listened to what I thought I wanted and suggested the surgeon who would work best for me. During my consultation with Dr Georgeu he answered all my questions, explained how everything would work, but most importantly he was honest with me. He didn’t promise everything but instead he made it very clear what could be achieved. I was set and booked in almost immediately for surgery. Every visit to the clinic has been professional and full of care. The day of my operation was efficient, calming and very focused around making sure I was comfortable and ready. Everyone kept me calm and at ease making it seamless for me to walk into theatre. I must also mention the anaesthetist team who looked after me, both of whom were just amazing! I have had one follow up appointment with the nurse, Rachel, and that has also been great - answering any questions or concerns I have and reassuring me that I can always call at any time should I have any questions. I am only 8 days post op, but from the experience I have had so far and my results, even at this early stage, I would highly recommend Cadogan clinic to anyone looking to book any procedure

I recently had an extended brachioplasty (arm lift) with Mr. Arvind Mohan at Cadogan Clinic, and I truly cannot recommend him enough. This is something I had wanted to do for over 20 years, but fear always held me back. From the moment I met Mr. Mohan, he made me feel completely at ease. He was professional, honest, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process. The surgery went smoothly, and the care from the team has been exceptional. My arms already look amazing and are healing beautifully, with no complications at all. At my check-up, the nurse confirmed everything looked great, which gave me even more confidence in the incredible work he has done. Mr. Mohan’s attention to detail and surgical skill are truly exceptional. After living with this insecurity for so many years, he has genuinely changed my life for the better. Words cannot describe how grateful I am. The results have given me so much confidence, and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted. Thank you to Mr. Mohan and the wonderful team at Cadogan Clinic. Great experience
Great experience, my surgeon Dr Mohan was very confident and made me feel completely at ease and in great care. The anaesthetist was fantastic and made me feel relaxed and gave me a laugh before the surgery. All nursing staff were fantastic, I can’t remember everyone’s names, my apologies, nurse Iva was my post op nurse and was lovely. Follow up care has also been great, Dr Mohan checking in every few days and nurses available if I have any concerns.

I had an excellent experience with the Cadogan Clinic. My surgeon, Hagen Schumacher, was exceptionally professional and reassuring throughout. He took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and explained everything in a clear and thorough way, which gave me complete confidence.
Mr Schumacher embodies exactly what you would hope for in a surgeon—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. The clinic itself is also very well run, with a calm and professional environment.

Fantastic - from Louise booking my appointment, being received at reception, to the consultation with consultant Mr Nazir. He explained everything clearly, with transparency regarding the risks and benefits and he was both polite and pleasant.
