From the intro call, walking us through the options, explaining the differences and price points (which are so much more reasonable than you expect), to signing up, receipt of documents, etc. The most important part of it all was when I had to use the online GP shortly after sign-up; I got to witness first-hand that it was all worth it. My 10pm virtual doctor's appointment resulted in antibiotics being collected at 9am from a local pharmacy... wow.
