Jack made a ring for my husband with my 6 month olds fingerprint and the customer service was amazing. He was always quick to reply and kept me informed during the whole process.

Throughout the entire process, from design to production, Jack was very responsive, attentive and overall amazing. I was in the market for a signet ring in a very small size and spoke to at least 10 jewellers before Jack, some of whom I think took advantage of the fact I didn’t know exactly what I was after, and none were half as helpful or responsive! From the offset Jack was extremely transparent, communicative and helpful, creating designs I loved from scratch with absolutely no input or ideas from me. The actual jewellery making process was a lot faster than I expected, and I was kept updated throughout. I can’t recommend 19rings enough, incredibly good value for money and a high quality service from start to finish.

I had started my designing progress in January to create a very custom and high quality signet ring that hold a lot of meaning for my boyfriend for valentines day! The entire process was seamless and I got all my questions answered almost immediately and got designed better than I imagined. It was so easy to alter changes while still receiving honest opinions. I ordered all the way fro California and it came in time! My boyfriend absolutely loved his custom ring and I know it is a high quality piece he will have forever and hold meaning! Go get a ring!!
