Designed and made a custom ring. Communication was clear from the get go with swift responses. The process with Jack was easy and stress free from start to finish and I ended up getting a quality product as promised! Top guy all round and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

A few weeks ago I got in contact with Jack to make a ring as a present. His responses are quick and always answer any questions that have been asked. I had help from Jack to make the perfect ring and my boyfriend absolutely loved it. There were a few scratches on the ring (most likely from a bit of ware) and when I got in contact with Jack he straight away sent a postage label and got it re polished and cleaned up and sent it back after about 3 days. When it came back it was absolutely perfect. I honestly can’t recommend this business anymore, fast + informative replies and amazing products. It’s a brilliant find!

Jack was incredible to deal with throughout. Helpful in conversations to figure out best options, was very generous in time and energy trying different designs until we landed on the perfect one. I’d have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him.
