On point customer service
Whoever is running the 19Rings IG account is perfect there customer service is on point and friendly. they offer good advice with quick response times. I always had to start the conversation but other than that the communication was perfect.

10/10 Experience!
The experience was 10/10 no question! I had two rings and a bracelet made, not only was the communication constant and detailed but Jack completely brought my vision for bespoke pieces to life. Outstanding quality and service. The jewellery also came with great packaging and protective bags. 100% recommend!

The only concern I had was that the custom DECLARATION form CN22 was attached outside the package with detail of what was inside. I was surprised that made it to my destination MIAMI, FL.
Glad I got it safe. Also it was a gift and the person who received the package knew what was inside and the price paid before opening.
Yes,signature was required.

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL
I ordered a custom ring and WOW they absolutely killed it!!! The detail and quality delivered is unbeatable. Price and turnaround time were also really impressive. The customer service was phenomenal, it felt like talking to a friend except this friend actually provides timely updates on arrival. Overall one of the best experiences I have had with a business.

Would highly recommend. A lot of other brands only stock 7 or 8 inches whereas the guys at 19rings pulled it out the bag with the 7.5 bracelets which look on point as well as fit perfectly. Ordered from Cernucci a few days before and the quality was shocking and returned immediately however the quality I received from these guys was top tier. All the best for the future, will definitely be returning soon for some new pieces.
