Please avoid at all costs, the definition of a dodgy dealer.
Lies to make sales, lies to hide faults and refuses to accept responsibility for anything. Honestly the worst buying experience of my life. Please for your own sake, avoid at all costs (unless you’re happy to lose £1000s and be without the car you purchased for months).
Thank you for the service

Professional car salesman
Went to go test drive a car, the guy was great, very professional, amazing customer service, didn’t feel pressured or tied to anything and was open and honest.
I do not recommend 1 Choice Bedford.
I do not recommend 1 Choice Bedford.
I purchased a Citroën C4 Cactus from them, and the car had a severe squeaking/noise issue from the start. The dealer sent me to a garage they work with, and after two days they returned the car claiming the problem had been fixed. Unfortunately, nothing had actually been repaired.
My finance company then arranged for an independent engineer to inspect the vehicle at my home. The engineer advised me not to drive the car because it was unsafe and could put my life at risk.
When I contacted the dealer with this information, I was told that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company or this dealer. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from them to be extremely cautious.
I want to warn you about this dealer
I want to warn you about this dealer, he is a capricious and cynical character, he sells all cars after an accident, and does not repair them at all, be careful when buying a car from him because he does not want to take any responsibility, very bad service and I do not recommend it to anyone, especially not to take a car to a credit broker connected with them in the same team.., they are all insidious and deceitful..

ZERO, NO STARS. BIGGEST SCAMERS EVER!!
This dealership is FRAUDULANT!!!
Original selling price of the vehicle when I made a deposit to reserve it = $9,990.00. Selling price after I paid the $1000 non-refundable deposit $13,789.00. A $3,500.00+ increase from the original selling price.
Admin/Finance Fees before paying the non refundable deposit of $1,000.00 was $999.00. Admin/Finance Fees after paying the non refundable deposit of $1,000.00 is $12,999.00. A $299.01 increase.
Original Borrowing Fees: $1,483.60, after paying the deposit = $2,677.75. A 1,193.97 increase
Original Other fees: $12.50. After deposit: $305.75
Total increase in price/fees: $5,298.34
On top of that, extremely rude and untrustworthy staff.

Don’t do it! RUN!!
If I could give zero stars, I would! This is long, but please read. Purchased a Fiat, in January, which turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life!
I was charged £75 to have the car delivered, where I later found out, reading the ad on Auto Trader, that it was free delivery under 100 miles. The car was advertised as zero tax, yet it turned out it was £80 for six months.
On the day of delivery I had a phone call from Roman, telling me they were having problems with the car, so had to be checked over, before being delivering to me. In the end it was delivered the same day after a new battery was put in.
As it was late in the evening, I didn’t drive it until the next day, where I noticed the mileage flashing, so got advice from a mechanic who did a diagnostic test. He found numerous faults with the car.
I also spoke to a Fiat expert who told me the reason for the flashing mileage, being the Bluetooth module. Explaining it needed sorting as it will drain the battery, if left.
My phone calls and messages to Roman went unanswered for a week, where I finally got the excuse that he was on holiday. After being left unsatisfied with the excuses and promises to get it sorted, which would apparently take a month, as for some strange reason, the warranty had still not been sorted (by which time it would have been too late to reject the vehicle), I got onto the broker who took over and opened a complaint, on my behalf. I told them I planned to reject the car as it was obvious I would have nothing but problems.
The car battery, unsurprisingly, went flat after a week, on the day I planned to have it looked at by another mechanic. So I ended up having to call out a mobile mechanic, who again, did a diagnostic test and advised me to get rid.
I informed the broker and sent over the results. For the next two months the car sat outside my house, gathering dust as they refused to come collect it.
The broker told me they were having trouble contacting the dealer, so had to email, which took a week each time, to get a reply. I was informed they were deliberately delaying.
The car was finally collected mid March and told the car would be looked over and they would be in touch where I would be given a refund.
I then got the finance company involved, after hearing nothing after a couple of weeks, where I was advised to get in touch with the broker and see if the dealer is agreeing with an unwind.
After more excuses and trying to make out I put a lot of mileage on a vehicle I barely got a week out of… two months later, the unwind is finally complete and have been refunded.
Judging by other complains, those who dare to complain, I’m not the first person they have done this to. Reading the dealers unprofessional comments in reply to people who they have conned, is disgusting. So I won’t be surprised if they try the same to me. I’ll just edit this comment and give it right back.
These people should not be trading. I’m warning you all now, avoid at all costs!
Awful
Awful! Sold me a remapped car but didn’t tell me it was. They said they don’t usually check these things. Then my car had issues so wasn’t covered under warranty. They did fix it for a discounted price after 2 months of going back forth (should be fixed for free if it was covered under warranty).
They sold me RAC warrant for £300 but forgot to register my car with them. They said they had switched to a different warranty company so forgot to do mine (doesn’t help me). I simply asked for a refund of this £300 so I can do my own thing. They initially said they would refund it but then said they want to add me to their new warranty (which I don’t want). So now I have to take legal action to get it back!
Avoid like the plague.

Review for 1st Choice Motors in Ealing:
Review for 1st Choice Motors in Ealing:
My friends experience with 1st Choice Motors in Ealing has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I urge potential customers to steer clear of this deceitful establishment. The purchase of an Audi A3 turned into a saga of deception and mistreatment that left me utterly distraught.
Upon discovering the myriad of undisclosed faults in the car, I sought a second opinion from another car company, who unequivocally advised me to return the vehicle due to its extensive damage. This validation further confirmed my suspicions of being duped by 1st Choice Motors.
The ordeal didn't end there. The staff's behavior was utterly despicable, with one individual resorting to shouting and laughing when I inquired about my promised full refund within 30 days if dissatisfied. After driving four hours to meet halfway for the return of the car, I was assured that my refund would be processed promptly upon their return to the office. However, days later, I find myself ignored, disregarded, and emotionally distressed, resulting in panic attacks due to the callous treatment and lack of accountability from 1st Choice Motors.
The promise of a full refund has turned into a cruel joke, with the company failing to uphold their end of the bargain and leaving me in a state of distress and disillusionment. The unprofessionalism, deceit, and callous indifference displayed by 1st Choice Motors have left me reeling and questioning the ethics of this establishment.
In conclusion, my advice to anyone considering dealing with 1st Choice Motors in Ealing is simple: run the other way. Save yourself the anguish, frustration, and emotional turmoil that comes with trusting this unscrupulous company. Your peace of mind and well-being are worth more than any car they have to offer.
THE CAR IS NOW UP FOR SALE WITH THE SAME MILES AS WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT IT , THE MILAGE IS WRONG AND ARE CLEARLY CLOCKING IT.
I HAVE INFORMED THE POLICE , AND ACTION FRAUD AS THEY ARE DOING DODGY THINGS, AND I BELIEVE THEY ARE GETTING LOOKED INTO ALONG WITH TAX AS I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRADING CORRECTLY, I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO EVERYONE I CAN
Beware STAY AWAY
Beware - Unethical and Deceptive Practices at 1st Choice Motors in Ealing
I purchased an Audi A3 which turned out to be a nightmare from the moment it was delivered. The car was dropped off at an unacceptable hour of 10 PM, in the dark.
The next day we found the car hadn’t been valeted, had several dints all over the car , the bumper was split and sprayed over, two cracks in the windscreen , numerous warning lights coming on, every single alloy needed repairing as it was damaged massively, the two side skirts split , a local body repair specialist suspected this was in an accident and I had a report done which showed it as a CAT vehicle.
They even tried suggesting I had chipped the windscreen but I found photos from the advertisement where you could see it and had the proof.
Upon discovering the myriad of undisclosed faults in the car, I sought a second opinion from another car company, who unequivocally advised me to return the vehicle due to its extensive damage.
We drove four hours to meet halfway for the return of the car, because they couldn’t come the entire way- I was assured that my refund would be processed promptly upon their return to the office by Roman, I have photographic evidence of this.
Upon arrival the college of his was unaware of this agreement and refused to refund me , I then had to wait hours for a partial refund, and the rest was promised when the car arrived back at the garage.
I then find myself ignored , disregarded, and left out of pocket and haven’t heard from them to this day a month later almost.
The promise of a full refund has turned into a cruel joke, with the company failing to respond and withholding almost £1000 of my money due to ‘mileage added ‘
which was mileage for the vehicle being delivered from london to the north and me having to take it half way back WHICH THEY CHARGED ME A DELIVERY FEE FOR- none of this was stated in terms and conditions and they are breaking the law and my customer long distance sales rights.
They are now re advertising the car with the same mileage it had when they sold it to me without mentioning an ounce of damage just the same as when I bought it un knowingly- despite the absurd charges for the ‘ added mileage and delivery’ which they’ve stolen from my money.
I have also seen several other reviews saying the exact same thing and people taking this company to court and trading standards. No idea how they are still trading and conning people who work hard !
In conclusion, my advice to anyone considering dealing with 1st Choice Motors in Ealing is simple: run the other way.
Save yourself the STRESS and loss of money I’d rather get the bus for the rest of my life than buy a car from these CROOKS with no conscience ever again. It’s left me utterly devastated

I cannot recommend this company because of non-existent customer care
This is the company that does repairs for Motability in South Wales, as my car is. I was called about two weeks before the start date to check on details and hire car whilst mine was in the shop. I spoke to a lady and said that I needed a mid sized car with an automatic transmission. She agreed that this would fine. Two weeks later they came to collect my car and deliver the Small compact car with a Manual Transmission. I immediately contacted the company and spoke to a foreign woman. I told her the problem and she said the following - "The repair shop saw that you have a licence to drive Manual cars so they gave you a manual". After I stopped laughing, I actually got angry and asked her the following "As I had never shown anyone in the company my licence, how do they know when I obtained my licence and was it in a manual or automatic car?". I actually told her that the majority of people that drove Automatic cars, had, in fact a manual licence. She then informed me that there were no automatic cars available. I had to tell her to collect the the car and I had to contact Motability to get me an Automatic car. The work that was done was of a high quality but the customer service on the telephone needs work. The ladies in the office were very helpful.
It has been my misfortune to have had…
It has been my misfortune to have had to use the services of this company, once in the middle of the lockdown period and, again recently.
On both occasions I have found the company highly efficient and professional. The wuality of the repair work has been outstanding.
I have no qualms about recommending this company to anyone and everyone.
Ripped off with a dodgy car
I bought my car for £4,600 should have taken it back when my insurance said the book price was £3,500. Within 1 day the electrics stopped working so they fixed that then within a week the gearbox broke so they gave me a hire car and sent mine away for a new gearbox.I need an automatic, they could only give a manual so I had to wait till they had 1.the second hire was jaguar xf which wouldn't go into 4th gear so I had to drive below 30mph for a week in that till mine was fixed. The all black alloys turned out to be spray painted and after 2 car washes bits have came off.today the car wouldn't start and when green flag came out said it was because it was a Peugeot battery in a hyundai and it wasn't connecting as there was a few mm of difference because the battery was too small. They seen a single woman looking for a car n said we will just bam her up. I've never had any issues before when using clydecars ,should have stuck with them. DONT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE
Do not recommend
Bought a car from here, within 5 months I was met with issues that cost me in excess of 5k to fix. Dealer denied any wrongdoing and said the car had full service history (I was given nothing in regards to service history). Also blamed me for the faults, apparently full time working single mothers have time to rip car engines apart nowadays. Would not recommend.
