HR cars and Harry has been very professional and helpful, excellent service

Sold faulty car dealer refused to acknowledge it. Staff very rude. They don’t follow consumer rights act even after an independent report showed fault. The owner took my car for over 100 miles without my permission to shops and even took my car home with them. Stay away it’s really not worth it. Only way I got money back was when threatening court proceedings. Also charged for a service they didn’t carry out.

First class, honest and helpful company.

The company is one of few that can be used under RAC warranty, despite having my car for several hours they failed to complete the actual job it come in for, instead found £550 of other work that needed doing. I had to take the car back for another visit so they could try again..

Had a great experience with Jai and the team at HR Cars. From beginning to end, I felt very much at ease. Jai was helpful, knowledgable, caring and understanding. I was very happy with my car and as promised, was deliverd to me at my home. The rest of the team, including his lovely dad, made me feel so welcome and even gave my wife and I a lovely taste of Indian food prepared and served to us on the premises before we left. You cant beat that for customer service! I would have no hesitation in recommending HR Cars to any prospective buyer. Good luck, guys!

Brought a car. Faulty within 2 days. They repaired under warranty but took 6 days and when I picked up car and went on a long journey, the fault started again but twice as bad. Took the car back to refund where the man called me a liar and said nothing was wrong with car when they sold it to me. Would not give me refund and did a repair on the car again but unsure how long it will last. Do not buy from this garage.
