About 200 Degrees
Some time, many years ago, two bar owners wanted to serve the best possible cup of coffee to their customers. Thus began a search, that started a journey, which became an obsession, and lead to three men being alone in the corner of a garage (with a coffee roaster) until finally, in 2012, they created 200 Degrees Coffee and decided to show it to the world, starting with Nottingham.
Like lots of people, we are passionate about coffee and whilst we're sure there are more important things in life, we just can't think of any.
We spend all day roasting, making, drinking and talking about ‘coffee coffee coffee coffee’ but we also understand that the perfect cup of coffee is not just about taste or even about what’s in the cup, it’s about doing everything the right way.
Our Mission
We aim to be a company with high standards in everything we do and that applies to our coffee, our shops, our service and the way we treat people, including our suppliers.

Hello,
I’m writing to share feedback regarding a recent visit to your café. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by the barista’s behavior. They were rude, and their tone made me feel uncomfortable when I asked a simple question about my order.
I understand that working in a busy environment can be stressful, but professionalism and basic courtesy are important, especially in customer-facing roles. This interaction stood out in a disappointing way and did not reflect the level of service I would expect.
I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be addressed and that future customers have a more positive experience.

The coffee here is awesome when it's made right (especially the Spanish latte, if they remember the condensed milk). I wanted to treat my family to my favorite coffee, so we all went to Coffee 200 in Cannock, but the staff were so rude. They got so annoyed when I placed my order (it was a lot, but the point is to sell coffee, right?), 5 coffees and 5 hot chocolates. The lady at the counter looked at the others like, "Is she serious?" I felt so embarrassed for asking for the coffee I was paying for, so bad that I had to say sorry.

Had a great experience with the customer service team. Quick to respond and I was able to order a coffee machine after enquiring when it would be back in stock. The order came within days. It's a gift, so unable to review the actual product yet.
But cannot fault the customer services team. Thank you.

I dealt with Reece (Customer Services Manager?) regarding a coffee machine order that I made. For reasons that were nothing to do with 200 Degrees, the coffee machine I ordered ended up being unavailabe in normal timeframes. Reece went out of his way to try to sort this with the drop shipping company and gave me regular updates re progress. It was very re-assuring and super professional. I got a full refuld quickly as soonas it became apparent the machine I was after may not be available for a while. Just superb service and very positive experience of a good company doing really well Many thanks

Exceptional customer service
Due to delays in delivery, I contacted customer service to chase an update on a product I recently purchased. Reece Thomson was the lovely customer co-ordinator that dealt with my query amazingly! Reece chased the relevant people on multiple occasions to receive updates, and passed each update on to me to ensure I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process. This involved early morning calls to the delivery company to check my product was out for delivery that day. Reece went above and beyond to get my parcel to me, and am very grateful for their time and effort.

An amazing experience in your Barnsley location today, there was a delay on a sandwich we ordered as they were very busy & without asking they delivered the sandwich to the table with a refund for the sandwich, outstanding customer service, you’ve made a loyal customer out of me today

Lovely coffee at their Nottingham Market Square branch… but some issues
Really lovely coffee at their Nottingham Market Square branch - but had a couple of stale cakes and a shocking matcha and no response instore or from email - really disappointing as it's not the end of the world if something isn't great but you get a good response but no response when you are a super regular customer is disappointing...

Awful
Went in for a coffee before a meeting. Was told by the assistant (who had the attitude of a scrap dealers dog) to take a seat, which I did. 8 minutes later without even an acknowledgment from the server, I was completely ignored. No one came to take my order. Walked out. Would never return.
