They were very upfront and honest, their patient support Facebook group makes a huge difference. Their follow up service was fantastic. When I felt unwell, the morning after surgery I was attended by 21D gp and nurse in the hotel and had an extra night paid for if I needed at no further charge. They have been very emotionally supportive too with my mental health difficulties.

Particular thanks to Jess who got me through the procedure...she was so helpful and kind.
My sign off staff today were all lovely.
I have my routine dentist appointment with my old dentist next week...I'm planning to go to say goodbye and recommend 21D to any future clients they have who require full implants.

The destination is worth the journey
First class service from beginning to end. Not without some pain and discomfort but the end result makes all of that worthwhile. I had my initial consultation and subsequent treatment in Luton with the surgery in Warrington. Whilst I had to make my own way from Bournemouth to Warrington, I was provided with two nights accommodation and a taxi to and from the clinic. Very caring and supportive teams. I had the final fitting and check up at the beginning of April after which I was presented with a bottle of Moet. Wonderful! And all good since. Confidence level restored. I'm very happy. Totally recommend as a sensible and practical alternative to treatment abroad. Do that at your own peril!

As got to be the best for us who are goin to spend a life with dentures. I was waiting on that until I found them .Took me a year to get in touch and when I did omg ball got rolling .I'd saved knowing that after my assessment I had to pay. I got a yes .oh wow no bone my dentist said you need dentures !.And here I am with teeth the fantastic 21D contact team the surgeons wow 2hrs surgery after care still on going .My health my eating my smile and my happiness it's life changing thank you 21D x

Having full dental implants is a big decision and so a lot of trust is placed in the provider. That trust was not let down in any way. 21D changed my life for the better
21D changed my life! That’s is a comment I hear often and one I totally agree with. They have given me the confidence back that I missed so dearly and having my smile now empowers me to become more than I was. Something to smile about...
As my teeth had deteriorated to the point where I was struggling to eat, I realised I needed to take action. It was also clear to me that a typical dentist was unlikely to provide the best solution. I was going to need a specialist, and one based in the UK, not overseas.
After much research I found 21D. Like everybody else, I was nervous about the surgery, and of course it wasn't what I would describe as fun. However, the care I received from start to finish has been exceptional.
I now smile far too much, without covering my mouth, and I can eat all types of food again.
If I'd known what I know now, that would have removed my initial nervousness. The care and attention I received went far beyond my expectations. If you're dithering, and nervous about taking the plunge, grit your old teeth and go for it. You will soon have some new teeth and something to smile about!

21d dental amazing team.
21d take time to do all sorts of scans, that have to be assessed to see if they can help you. No pressure is put on you to accept the treatment. I found that all the team were caring and able to answer all my questions, to put me at ease to go forward for the implants. Operation passed with out any issues, I felt safe and looked after all the time in the chair. Veejay has a great team of dentists, clinicians and nurses. I had slight bruising for 7 days and a little pain that I expected but all gone in 3 days. I followed all the instructions given about medication after the operation. The ice packs were a great help. Straight to LPTs. Signed off after 8 weeks with no issues. Best decision I have made. Great value considering all the things involved to get you through the process. Phone back up on had all the time.

The moment I checked into the hotel you…
The moment I checked into the hotel you realise everything is there to be made easy for you. The taxi is on time if not early the driver is chatty and familiar with 21D and tells you how good your surgeons are. On arrival you’re greeted pleasantly and everyone puts you at ease and encourages you to be calm and how confident they are with the process.
After surgery I couldn’t be happier with how my temporary looked and felt it took me a while to talk without lisping but with the LTP’s the smile is great the lisp has gone and eating is so much easier only thing was I had to slow down as I’d bite my cheeks or lips often but that’s stopped

Almost there 🙂
Hi, my journey is not over yet, I am awaiting a new set of teeth due to incorrect bite. There was a new set made for me that didn't fit and was very painful when Daniel was fitting it. The pain was excruciating like my bone was breaking. The bar did not fit so my original set was put back on and I'm now waiting on what happens next.
I'm confident that the issue will be corrected and all staff are caring and informative. My prosthetics are amazing to look at, I just need a bite I can use correctly. I'm hoping that this can be sorted easily and quickly, and with my original titanium bar as I do not want to feel that pain again.
I am generally happy with how things have been so far.
