Much more to it than I expected and…
Much more to it than I expected and post op was very sore ( to be expected i guess)
Still getting used to the difference in my mouth and talking hopefully that Improves in time it’s been a year occasionally bite my gums which results in an after ulcer for a week or so can’t say I would rush into it if I had the time over but I had trouble with the test I had
For sure better than dentures but very expensive all considered hopefully made the right decision

We do advise that it can take up to two years to fully adapt following this type of treatment. The Staff really make this experience worth it. Every single person that I’ve met on this journey have been amazing. So kind and empathetic , supportive and caring. Nothing is too much. The service is amazing always someone on the end of the phone if you are worried about anything or just need some advice or support. I would highly recommend 21D

From the very first contact with 21D I knew I was in safe hands. Other companies only talked about money, 21D talked about my medical history and what I wanted to achieve by having this surgery. Nothing has been too much trouble. Compassionate people that understand people’s fears. I would definitely recommend using them. In my mid‑seventies
In my mid‑seventies, I reached the point where the appearance of my teeth was no longer acceptable to me — but more importantly, the cleanliness issues were becoming impossible to ignore. I had accumulated numerous fillings, crowns, a couple of implants, and was fighting a losing battle with gum infection. After almost every meal, I’d have to clear food from pockets that had formed between my teeth, a painful process that often drew blood.
At first, the idea of having all my teeth removed was unthinkable, yet it was clear that something drastic would be required. After a few days of studying the 21D solution, I knew immediately it was the right path.
Now, approximately 17 months after surgery, I have no regrets whatsoever and recommend it without hesitation. It isn’t a cosmetic procedure — but the cosmetic benefits are substantial, and they certainly give me plenty to smile about.

Really friendly people, totally non-judgemental about the state of your teeth, they all seem to take great pleasure in changing lives for the better.

could not recommend highly enough, and compared to heading out to Eastern Europe or Türkiye, 21D is local, so any issues they are right here.

I am 2 years and 4 months in and this is definitely the best thing I have done for myself. Going from hiding my teeth to having the most comfortable lovely teeth is the best experience. It is a big change but the whole way through 21 D are there for you. Excellent, caring company.

I do not hesitate to recommend 21 D for full jaw implants. The standard of their equipment is top class along with the cleanliness of the premises. The expertise of their surgeons and their wonderful supporting staff at all levels is second to none. They also communicate very well and are on hand to solve any issues that may arise. I did not have any issues but some patients needed some support which was provided without hesitation. In one word they are “ brilliant “

My journey
From the start to the end of the journey it has been a thoroughly great experience. The staff and dental technicians have all been ultra professional and also good fun to deal with.
