I was extremely happy with the service we received from this company.
My husband I are both OAPs and on the coldest night of the year our heating decided to stop working. A phone call to this company and they had a plumber out within hours. The problem unfortunately was bigger than first thought but we where kept informed all the time another plumber was dispatched and told us we needed a new tank after spend an hour trying to fix it.
He said he would be back in the morning low and behold right on time.
Fabulous service we where kept informed right through the process.I am very pleased to report we are now warm again.

Was caught in a pickle when my macerator stopped kicking in, I called Paul and he came along with a chap named Lee (whom I think was very calm, professional and incredible). They drained the sewage and serviced my macerator and put the tiles back just as it was before and left the bathroom spotless.

My daughter threw a lego down the toilet a week later, I called them back and they unblocked it for me free of charge. I'm in great awe of their service and would highly recommend them as they are beyond professional and ethical at the same time.

Was recommended to call 07538 581254 by the company who do my boiler services who are excellent so felt confident. I was in a huge panic as my macerater in downstairs loo had stopped working (unbeknownst to me) at 4am when I flushed loo and overflowed toilet for 2.5 hours. Whole downstairs flooded with 2 inches water and I had to leave for London 7am. Left voicemail about 7.30am saving I needed repair or replacement & to get water back on. They called back 8.40am. Bloke reassuring on phone & by text but very keen to take money on day which concerned me. Was told they were just on a job in Preston park & then would be over. I’m in Hollingbury. Left my 23 year old son in charge of dealing with them as husband & youngest going to Wales by 10am for university run. You can imagine the mess the house was in. I texted just before 12 to say water back on so I just need a quote for repair. No reply. Bloke arrived about 1pm. On arrival literally did nothing except look at toilet. Said he would follow up with me to do quote. No contact. Next day I called what I thought was another company - Saniflo Solutions. No reply & no message left. A few minutes later someone called me back. Sounded like it was same person I spoke to before and soon became clear it was. He claimed he had texted me. He hadn’t. He said maybe he didn’t press send! He said would do quote next day. I then checked numbers and realised both companies clearly run by same person. I didn’t feel comfortable but felt they had the local Saniflo repair system sown up. I’m also unwell and not too robust right now. I was working from home today so my 68 year old husband dealt with them. When I came out of my room I could see 2 blokes pressing him to quickly concluded a £125 transaction. I asked for an update and they had removed macerator and that was it. One bloke said it would be over £1000 to replace it and I could get a plumber to do it. I challenged the cost. He repeated it and I said so basically you’ve got £125 and I’m still up **** creek. His colleague said yes and they both left sharpish, taking the macerator with them without consent and leaving an open sewer! For all I know macerator might have been repairable. They are rogue traders who basically defrauded my elderly husband. As soon as they saw me emerge they couldn’t escape quick enough. I’m left with no downstairs toilet, can’t use washing machine as water went through macerator and house stinks of sewage as there is an open hole to sewer. Apparently they also had my husband pay on their phone including inputting his card details so I’m also concerned about ID theft and had to have bank cancel his card. Can’t find either company registered with Companies house

Called them, they came round promptly to look at the job. Agree to come the next Wednesday to do the work. They simply didn't turn up. Called numerous times, when they answer, they then hang up! I really don't understand their appalling customer service. Unreliable and rude.

Fantastic. Came the same day. Sorted out the issue, gave me advice to prevent future problems, charged a fair price. Would definitely recommend.

We would highly recommend this company! Paul and Lee have serviced our macerator for some years and today installed a new one ! Excellent customer service and they always leave everything tidy. A pleasure to have them in our home.

Appalling, unreliable and untrustworthy. They came highly recommended and the booking was fine. So they came, looked around, stayed 5/10 minutes, did no work and left! The property is unfurnished as we move in next week, so they seemed to think the job wasn’t worth doing and just left.. Total cowboys.

Lee came to fix our macerator in our toilet.
He was punctual, polite, explained what the issue was and sorted out the the problem (big blockage) and tidied up the bathroom straight afterwards. Looked like he was never here! Everything works now! Very happy with his work and I would highly recommend him!

Excellent service from Saniflo Soloutions. They fixed my macerator and did a service of it too. They also recommend I put some chemicals into the system once a month to help maintain it.
They were quick to come out to the property, on time, tidy and clean and polite. Thank you

Also, I was impressed as I asked how often should I have it serviced? Once a year?
They recommend that once every 2 years should suffice. They could have said every year and I would have thought that reasonable. I appreciated their honesty and not being felt that I was being recommended something that wasn't needed.

We had an emergency with our saniflow.
We rang this company immediately and they arrived within an hour.
Resolved the problem and their charge was very reasonable indeed.
This is the second time I have used this company in three and a half years and I am again impressed with the service.

I first tried S A Hancock but their guys on a call out were not so helpful, left a mess and the company want to charge me a call out of £56 despite nothing being mentioned in the phone when I booked. 😵
I discovered Paul on Google and he and his chap Lee inspected without a call out charge given - in fact they checked the bathroom more thoroughly then the Hancock guys and tidied up! So I used his services and got a new saniflo fitted. No trouble, no fuss, considerate and communicated well from booking to changing times. Thank you. I recommend. 😊

Great service from great people! We had a problem with our saniflo over the bank holiday weekend and they came out promptly to sort it out and replace with a new unit.
Very impressed by the friendly and caring attitude and they left the bathroom spotless. Sensible pricing and excellent service.
