AWFUL!! Avoid. After snapping my key in the front door I called the first number that came up in a panic, thinking it was a local company. They said 20-30 minuets but still hadn’t arrived after nearly two hours. The “locksmith” was very aggressive on the phone when I said I was going to try someone else as I couldn’t wait any longer. From doing some research and speaking to a proper local locksmith who came out to help me within half an hour, they entice people with £49 deal and then push you to pay more and completely untrustworthy. I felt vulnerable having this person know where I lived. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

Terrible. Initially quoted 49 then when he arrived added VAT. Then said he couldn’t do a simple Yale lock so had to screw it and charged £269. Rude and total rip off. Do not use

This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. It started when I called them to enquire. Unfortunately I gave them my address and I said I would call back to confirm. They confirmed without my knowledge and pretended to be the second company I called. That was the first scam. Secondly a guy came to change my lock and the door was hard to open because he gave me a bad lock. He charged me £180 plus vat. My door was fine before he touched it. For 2 months the door has been hard to open. Finally today the door wouldn’t open at all and we were stuck inside the house with kids and a disabled person. I called the company and they said they will send someone. I told them I will not pay a penny because they are the ones who broke my door in the first place. The guy came and he took out the screws and unlocked the door. He said he will fix it for a charge even though we agreed I am not paying for their mistake. Then he got angry and even left the screws out which means he left the door in a worse position than it was in before. We live in an unsafe area. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!

Called the emergency locksmith, was told 30 mins someone could come, 50 minutes later they arrived. I was charged £149+£65+ VAT for them to use a plastic card to dislodge my lock!!! Absolute rip-off!!! They are not transparent about the cost before. Would avoid.

Got locked out and in a panic clicked the first recommendation on Google - lesson learned, do your research!

Rang them, told it would be 30 mins and £50. 35 mins later I received a call from the locksmith himself saying he'd be another 20 minutes. When he finally arrived he told me it would be £49, plus £79 to do the actual job and VAT. I then tried to argue the case with him, but he barely spoke English and just told me it was the companies price and there was nothing he could do.

Wish I had seen these other reviews before booking, Absolute rip off - he did not tell me the full price upfront so I was charged labour to take the lock out and labour to put a new one in at £140 each! They installed a £250 lock without asking. Massively overpaid as didn't feel I had a choice as home alone. Phoned to make a complaint and was told I would be called by a a manager. No contact/email address on the website. Avoid at all costs - I feel like an idiot!

SCAM!!! Similar story to all the other negative reviews here, got quoted £40 only for the guy to rock up & charge £150 for 5 minutes worth of work… it seems they keep changing their website over & over when the negative reviews get to a certain level, rinse & repeat. Crazy that there doesn’t seem to be a way to stop these scammers.
Unfortunately people don’t tend to check Trustpilot until after they’ve been scammed.
But if you are one of the few that do your due diligence before hand, this is your warning to use a different company, go with one that is actually verified.

Also on the phone they lie, said there's a manager called Nick, then talked to a different representative and they said no one called Nick works here, proper con artists..

Complete bait and switch on pricing – Avoid!
Review: I was quoted a reasonable call-out a reasonable fee over the phone, but once the technician arrived, the price skyrocketed. I ended up being overcharged for a job that should have been simple. They use low lead-in prices to get in the door and then hit you with massive "labour" and "parts" costs. Do not use this company unless you want a massive bill you didn't agree to.

Amazing service . Nice a quick getting to me . The guy that came out to me was very kind and professional . Would highly recommend
