Excellent service

A complete and total fraud. Claimed the lock was high security which it wasn't and needed drilling which it didn't. Drilled the lock, claimed the inner mechanism was broken and would cost 389gbp and then when I refused to pay what do you know it was working.

Vandalised my property with their promotion stickers. When I rang and complained, they came and had a look at it, said they would go and get some varnish to repair it, then drove off and never came back. Absolute cowboys. Do not use these people, there are better locksmiths around who won't damage your property to get work.

Crooks!! On 2 April, I was charged £600 incl VAT for a lock change for a "high security" ERA lock which costs about £33 from Screwfix. The call out fee was £55 and then I was charged £189 for labour because my lock was 'high security' and charged another £189 for the new replacement lock. The locksmith then proceeded to charge another £75 and when questioned what the fee was for, he refused to give a straight answer. I will be reporting this company to the appropriate authorities

It was late on Easter Sunday (after 10pm) and I had locked myself out of my flat. I called for an emergency locksmith and he came within 30 minutes and 10 minutes later I was in my flat.

Quick response time, lovely customer service from Robert who is situated around Croydon.

We got a quote of £55 to fix our window lock. they said it would be £95 because they would need to drill out the lock to fix. (not mentioning that it was an additional (£95) and then an extra £40 for a new lock all of this WITHOUT VAT. he did the work and wouldn't clean up the mess he made even after he was asked to! and charged £228 instead of £55! - They are Fraudsters STAY AWAY

Very disappointing experience. The locksmith gained entry to my property but then refused to secure the front door unless I agreed to a new lock costing £800. A mother with a one-year-old child, is left in a very vulnerable situation with no lock on the front door unless an excessive amount was paid.

There only optionI they provided was an unnecessary and extremely expensive replacement rather than being offered a reasonable option to simply secure the door. I would strongly advise others to clarify pricing and options before using this service.

I did not take up their service. I found another locksmith that did the job for half the cost.

CROOKS! Got locked out of my flat and called them for help. They told me on phone to have around £160 at hand (I specifically told them I only had £200 in my account which was true as I’m struggling financially right now). ‘Alex’ came 2 hours later and drilled the lock off (took him 40 seconds). He then tells me its £192 for his labour so far, and to get a new lock put on I’d be looking at OVER £300 EXTRA. I had to pay the £192 and then just live without any lock on my front door until I found another locksmith who charged me a normal price. ALSO, after I turned this guy ‘Alex’ away (admittedly I did express that I thought he was an extortionist), he through my old key and lock at my door as he left. Honestly despicable service, I was so in shock that I cried after. This is an organised crime gang genuinely.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Distressing Experience

I had a very poor and upsetting experience with this locksmith service and feel it’s important to warn others.

When I first contacted the company at around 6:30pm, I was quoted a standard call-out charge. This was not out of hours, so I expected transparent and fair pricing. However, when the engineer arrived, the situation quickly became concerning. He said he needed to drill both my PVC door and my front door, and throughout the process he kept adding extra charges with little explanation – for opening the door, drilling the lock, and fitting a new lock.

At one point I was quoted **£1,100**, which I found completely shocking. I was alone at home with my two young children and felt under a huge amount of pressure. The situation felt very uncomfortable and intimidating, and it honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of during a stressful situation.

When I managed to get my husband on the phone, he advised me to leave one of the doors unfixed because of the excessive cost. The engineer then suddenly reduced the price to **£860.40**, which I still felt was extremely high. I also felt pressured to pay because I was told that if I didn’t pay, the work he had already done – including the door handle he had just fixed – would be taken off again.

The following morning, the same engineer called claiming I had not paid the invoice. I immediately sent him proof of payment. Only after I said I would be contacting the company to complain did he suddenly offer to come back and fix the other door for free, which raised serious concerns for me.

When I returned home after the school run and closed the red front door, I realised I could not open it from the outside. Only half of the latch had been removed, which meant that once the door shut it locked with no way of opening it from the outside. This left the door in a worse and unusable condition than before.

To make matters worse, the engineer also left metal fragments and debris across the entrance area. With two young children in the house, this was a serious safety concern and I had to clean up the mess myself.

Overall this was a very distressing and unprofessional experience. I felt pressured, overcharged, and left with unsafe workmanship. I would not recommend this company.

Marius was amazing! he really helped us and did the job in less than 10 minutes! we really trust him now! Great job! Would be glad to recommend for all.
