Great choice of solicitor. My solicitor, Rajesh Joseph and his team (especially Sri), were always available when needed. They were efficient, persistent, friendly and kind due to my age and lack of computer knowledge. Things I did not know they talked me through and explained everything. Truly the best experience I've had working with a solicitor, Cherie was absolutely amazing - extremely efficient, patient and so lovely. (Original review). Rang last night to enquire about release of deeds due to us moving. Was lumped onto an AI woman which asked me to speak to it like a human. As autistic, this threw me. I ended up getting into a real state and eventually got to talk to a "mean & blood" organism. This lady was helpful and passed on a message to the department to call me back that evening. No call. Not to worry. I called the number again. "It" answered. I asked to speak with a person but it continued with comments like "I see", "I hear you" - might impressive for a bunch of wires, programmes etc. I am now extremely stressed as it decided to call me Kimberley halfway through the conversation, between apologising saying it saw and heard me and was learning. Banging stress headache now. Tried to contact the site but it is not receiving anything and saying "message not sent, error, try again later".

Hoping that this will flag up and someone may get in touch as I need to talk URGENTY to them and they seem unreachable, blocked by the technology that is there to help us.
