New customer first purchase went off without a hitch. Contacted customer service and was promptly responded to via email. Love the vape products! Love this company.

Will add screen shots as well company is a scam and so is the support. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY or the 6 associated with this company anymore. They will steal your money. I ordered 1 oz of distillate like I did plenty of times a year ago and they sent a tracking and nothing arrived over 2 weeks Lisa from support emailed saying after a week she would send a new one and tracking now she won't respond so 1 star Good luck

I tried to give 3chi the benefit of the doubt, had an interview at a building with an overzealous security guard anxiously waiting nearby. If this company contacts you off ZIPrecruiter then head for the hills. Company was more interested in race of applicants than actual skill. Don't take my word for it. I googled, and used reddit, and discovered negative reviews from past employees. CEO seemed sketchy, involved in shenanigans down in Arizona.

Who rigs the rating system anymore? why are they even bothering, everyone knows they do it. Worse tho, much worse, is how little you get in their disposables, not even close to 1ml, a few drops. thats it. Of all the disposables i've bought there, about 3 worked perfectly, the rest were cracked, half full, just terrible quality control as well. they dgaf to be fair tho.

I really wanted to like this company. I see their ads all over the place and when I placed my order I never received it. Contacted them and they forgot to send it (but in different words). Got my order and it was wrong. Contacted them again and they sent a replacement.

I stayed optimistic things happen. Placed 2nd order. Everything went good. Placed a 3rd order, it was all wrong, no email response, and when I call I always get a busy signal which leads me to believe they blocked my number.

They ship product to you using some third party tracking which is unrealible. You have to sign for it not knowing when it arrives.

Quality is better than most headshop products.
However, they only upload reviews they find acceptable and that they want people to read. You'll notice on their page specifically all the 5 star reviews blowing ALL their products out of the water. Sure. the first gummy was good. After that you could hardly tell you're eating them. If it did anything for me I really don't know.

I used their vapes and concentrates for a while, but they have this new platinum cart, claims its 2ML fluid, yet you cant even see through this thing and dont know how much liquid is really in it. $40 a vape and it's just your standard, yet clean, unharsh, straight cannabinoid based juice. It's not stronger than the dirty d8 juice you can get at a headshop, but it does the job without feeling like your throat is going to burn off. Poor cartridge design, and the company wouldnt upload my review after asking me to review it. So yeah, could've been a 5 star customer, but since you wanna practice shady transparency with customers, Good luck in the future. Long time business with you out the window for that.

*Expired items and questionable batch information.* We have received multiple orders with expired vape products. We have also received Comfortably Numb oils with varying expiration dates tied to the same batch.They treat you as if you’re lying when you call them out, and take weeks to resolve issues, if they ever are resolved.

Their shipping sucks do NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I love 3CHI's products! They help me sooo much with my pain, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and insomnia. I try to buy from them monthly if my bank account allows it...😅

This company needs to be abolished.

I cant belive these guys haven't been charged with robery... $2,500 for a kilo of Delta 8 Distillate. It cost them $125 to produce that same kilo. Crooks, scanners and faked COAs 3chi has been on the s**t list since its conception. I saw 2.5k for a kilo and had to make a review lol. F*** these crooks.

Sends me bad cart that burns coils on a gentle first pull at 3.0v and burns throat. I Contact customer support to ask for refund/exchange for bad cart and customer service responds with a canned response that didn’t even address my email. They didn’t even take the time to read my email. Poor products, poor customer service, never using 3chi again.

I have enjoyed using 3CHI products in the past. I recommend the “Grand daddy purple” Or “gelato 41” D8 carts.

The company has always offered a good quality luxury inside of my community at an affordable price.

First order from them. Ordered a variety pack on 12/17/22 received on 12/22/22, not bad. BUT.......but variety pack was missing 1 pack of gummies. Don't want a refund, don't want a credit, just want my order correct. BUT...
Update 1/3/23 - Sent email to 3chi; they wanted pics of order/items (set); they set out replacement; received on 12/27/22, ok good on the replacement, rating moved up to 4 stars from 2.

Long wait time for shipping even though they quoted a shorter time. Bought a bunch of different gummies and they were not strong at all. Crap quality and it’s expensive. Like someone else mentioned, you’re paying for the name brand. I had better quality products with dispensaries close to me.

3chi is absolute garbage. Extremely overpriced, they gouge you for $10 shipping that requires a adult signature. Literally everything they have is overpriced. You’re paying for a brand name, not quality. I know of 5 different companies off the top of my head that are far better! They have terrible customer service as well. Don’t order from them. Unless you enjoy getting ripped off! 3chi is the Walmart of the cannabinoid world.

I never received the delta 10 pineapple Express cartridge that I purchased and they won't fix it or return my money.

I'm surprised to read some of the negativity on here, to be honest, which is partly why I felt compelled to weigh in. I ordered 4 packs of Delta 9 gummies from them earlier this month, and, in an understandable mistake, they sent 4 packs of Delta 8 gummies instead. I notified them of this error, and they immediately provided me with everything I needed to send the product back.

But this is where they went above and beyond.

See, I'd already broken into the D8 gummies, and I told 3chi's support team that I would have trouble getting to the shipping store. That's when they insisted that I KEEP the D8 gummies and they would send out the original D9 gummies as well for no additional cost. I can't promise this is their policy, by any means, but they made a damn good impression on me.

Oh, and the products are great, too!
